This is the first time we tried hotpot buffet at Thai-C but we seem like we are being confronted by this particular waiter constantly coming up to me saying if we do not finish we will get charge extra. I got the message and we ate most of the food. We had only little vegetables and couple of scallions left and he end up charging us $20 on top of our bill. I don't know I will be coming back to this place for hotpot where I feel the service was not great and there are better hotpot buffet places.
This shop is a true gem in the heart of Quincy.Top notch hot pot ingredients. Will come back again for MORE food lol
Service was horrible. Two waiters and manager walked by and not one came by to take our order or stop by to let us know that they are busy and they will be right with us. With the amount of space they have it shouldn’t be a problem to service everyone plus it’s mostly buffet style. Will not refer people here with this kind of service.
Small but good place to enjoy your favorite bobao tea. They have some good menu items as well but I haven't tried them.

The food is astounding and I always end up smiling/happy by the time I leave! :) Would recommend every single thing and also don’t get anything spicy, including the mild because their mild ain’t for the weak ? and I say this assuming I had a high tolerance. The mild is the xxtra spicy at other places cause it knocked me clear out of my own league!
Food is good, decent mala place if you're looking for mala. Their roasted milk tea is awesome. Please note not all milk tea shops sell roasted milk tea.
Super authentic and flavorful Chinese food with good service. This restaurant is our new favorite place in Quincy for both dine-in and take-out. And I can almost memorize their menu now.Also, their flavors have been very consistent which is a huge plus for making complex Chinese dishes.Take-out wait time is usually ~30min in my experience, although they’d tell me 15min every time when I called to order.
This review is for indoor dining (hotpot dinner). The service was attentive, food was served out quickly, and I was even offered a complimentary hairband to tie up my hair! The meat quality is good (personally, I find it better than the nearby hotpot places), and there's just enough variety in ingredients to satisfy my cravings.I highly recommend the handmade fish/shrimp paste, white fish, and stuff in their delicacy section.

Everything was so fresh and the broth soo tasty. Great service too! :) We had a great experience
