Order ahead never works. Starbucks: check it every day and make sure it works and is up to date and doesn’t say everything is out of stock when it isn’t. I don’t understand how people have time to sit in your store and wait for an order to be done. Maybe retired people? Order ahead isn’t nice to have- it’s a must. I’d be giving 5 stars otherwise - that’s how important this is. Just be more diligent !

Waiting 20 minutes for placing order and they was chilling each other and no one served me. I hate this store service. I love Starbucks coffee but not your anymore.
The Asian girl who works at Star Market Monday morning is terrible!! No professional at all, rude and never treat you well!
The barista named Pam was so nice and sweet. She was so helpful and it was first time EVER at Starbucks and she recommended something SO DELIOUS! She is now my go to barista and I will be seeing her every Sunday for my regular drink that she has memorized too! so awesome and she also makes my day and puts a smile on my face!!!!!!!!
Had mixed feelings about this Starbucks but my last time here made it a one star. All except for a couple of the girls that work here just act like they hate their jobs and show it to their customers. I had a messed up coffee order and tried to explain it to the barista only for her to throw her hands in the air and walk away saying "I don't know". And today they said the incorrect name and left my coffee sitting there without letting me know, as I stood right there for 15 minutes wondering where my coffee could be. It doesn't take much to be a decent person but at least I know this will not be where I go to get a happy jump start to my day anymore.
This store denied to pour coffee in my clean reusable cup and made facial expressions when I asked for soy milk.

Was told the managers name is Rosa. Before thinking about hiring these miserable people make sure they actually want to work and have some type of respect for the customers and their coworkers. If I personally ordered a drink and they do it wrong not only one time fix it and make sure to leave the customers happy. This place is honestly terrible. Got only one of the worker today which was JACOB.
Absolutely worst experience. Wanted a blended drink. They were out of the base so he said he could make it differently. At least 3 times I confirmed it would be a frozen blended drink. He gave me an ice latte. Nothing even close to what I wanted. Still charged me the full 5+ bucks for a drink I’m not even going to drink. Terrible terrible customer service.
