Nice restaurant with great outdoor seating. Reservations only taken for inside, so expect to wait for the patio. Hummus appetizer was really good. House salad was disappointing – tomatoes well past their expiration date and definitely overpriced. Grilled tuna with quinoa was very tasty. Service was pretty good. For some reason, they couldn’t keep our water glasses filled. If you’re only going to check on the tables every 15 minutes, why not put a carafe of water on each one?
The place is good for chilling and enjoying the sun. Several draft beers are served. Food and drinks are expensive, while their food isn’t worth such high price. It looks very awesome but it’s almost tasteless. The service was ok. We actually asked to sit at the outdoor bar table, having sea view. Even if all places were vacant we were not allowed to sit there because these tables are foreseen only for guest who order drinks. Hm… special rules with no reason or a black story of the waitress.
My husband and I go out to lunch every Sunday afternoon to different restaurants. We have frequented the Reel House many times and went there a lot during Covid when they were not busy. We always had good service until today May 1,2022. We ordered the wings and a tomato soup...should be easy! We watched 5 parties who came in after us get their food! We spoke to the bartender and he checked and said would be right out, waited no food! Spoke to him again and he said "all I can do is advocate". We decided to leave and asked for the check. I asked for the manager. She came out and said the kitchen was busy.....the people who ordered before us had meals..we ordered wings and tomato soup !!! What was so upsetting was the indifference of the bartender and the young female manager who said "all I can say is sorry"......not acceptable!!! Pick up a round of drinks...give us a gift certificate...do something. My husband has been in the restaurants almost 40 years and would never let a customer leave that disgruntled without do something.....shame on the Reel House!
Amazing views, great atmosphere, great service.Food, however, is not good at all and way overpriced for the quality. Everything fried (Fish & chips, French fries, fried calamari, etc) is WAY over-fried, greasy, and with a dark brown color. The fried Calamari tasted previously frozen (breaded pre-frozen, not hand breaded) and not good. Fish & chips was very rubbery, stringy, and tasteless. It was also most likely previously frozen (warehouse breaded, then frozen) and deep fried. The burger wasn’t bad, but didn’t look or taste like a fresh, hand made burger. The added Crab Louie for $5 was a bit fishy and not very good. It just didn’t taste fresh. The Cobb salad had wilted lettuce and bland chicken. The turkey club wasn’t bad, but nothing special for $17. Mediocre at best. This is Friday’s quality food at Legal Seafood prices.The bar is a great space and well run, with a fun atmosphere, but a bit overpriced at $16 a cocktail. They do have decent, cold draught beer on tap that’s reasonably priced at $7-$9.We really wanted to love it, but honestly we can’t recommend this place because of the very poor food quality. At these prices, everything should be made completely fresh, from scratch by real chefs. This is New England, where we take great pride in our fresh seafood. All fish should be fresh, locally sourced, and hand breaded. Not previously frozen, and deep fried. (And if it isn’t previously frozen, then something is very wrong with the quality) I can only recommend going here for the view, good service, and atmosphere. I hope they completely re-evaluate their kitchen, menu, and food sourcing. If they do, I’ll give it another chance!
Save yourself the $45.00 per person and just spend the night at a the Holiday Inn and have their free breakfast buffet. The two breakfasts were identical except Holiday Inn offers complimentary coffee, tea and juices….Marina Bay does not. It was the most lackluster Mother’s Day brunch I have been to. Sorely disappointed.
Came here for lunch with an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean. Nicely decorated and such nice a view all around. We had a big group so we started with some drinks and apps . Drinks were very good especially the Bloody Mary and the old fashion. Apps we had the chicken wings, oysters and calamari , all were delicious. As for entree the house salad with the steak tips could use some better marinating. As for price basically you’re paying for the view and location. The server was pretty decent. It’s a nice place for a quiet lunch. They also have seats outside on the boardwalk.
This is the most expensive restaurant at Marina Bay, just keep it in mind.We ordered a Reelhouse burger and a Turkey club with a bottle of red Spanish wine, later some coffee. Everything was delicious. Since it was a lunchtime, the menu was limited. Lunch cost like a good dinner at a good restaurant. All wine is very expensive.The views are exceptional, nice interior, nice sitting area outside, good athmosphere, good service. In the middle of the day it got medium busy. Obviously, people love this place. We enjoyed it, too.

Food was good, appetizers & soups are good! Love the atmosphere, clean restrooms! The reason for 4 stars is because Jesse the waiter was absolutely slow! Seems like he often forgot about our table! Sat with our dessert for about 40 minutes before we got our bill! Other than that highly recommend this place!
