I got a combo meal. The chicken breast was very dry the soda was flat and the biscuit was hard.
You walk into the Quincy KFC Taco Bell you tell three different people there is orange soda all over the floor they do nothing about it and you're sitting there for 15 minutes I personally had to put a chair there so people wouldn't stop in it get home no utensils for my potatoes and the chicken looks like it's burnt
I go to KFC when I feel like punishing my bowels with subpar fried chicken. But if you need a chicken fix quick KFC will do the trick. But you will hate yourself later
The food was ok but I asked for 2 tacos and he was like 3 ok and I said no 2 he said ok I asked for 2 chicken treasures he said 3 and I said what ever yeah this place is so annoying??
This place was great. Picked up dinner at 8:15pm and it was ready quickly. They even cared about keeping the drive through line moving quickly. Great job!
Overall I have been going to this KFC for years and I have always liked the food. And they really have ever. Made a mistake with my order.
I ordered online Sunday and it got canceled and I didn't get my money back I ordered ahead of time and I tried calling them to find out why they cancel and they didn't anwser the phone to try to get a refund I also called door dash to get my refund and they couldn't get a hold of them either now im out of 35 bucks and had to get pizza instead
Worst KFC branch in the USA. Staff will not attend to counter unless there is a line. Obvious lack of enthusiasm and care for customer and ordering sequence of items. Staff will leave ordering customers, when they cannot find items on their own POS counter. Items are always badly packed, and 100% inaccurate of completion (based on personal experiences of more than 2 years, and more than 40 orders). The service went from bad in 2019, to horrid and intolerable in 2021. Go to somewhere else and save yourself the stress in dealing with these insufferable branch employees.
I got food poisoning from here… also saw a cockroach crawling on the floor…
I usually get the famous bowl and they're consistent. That was not always the case, but it has been lately. The chicken in the bowls has been much better.
