Everything is good here. Friendly and courteous staff. The manager is one of the best there is when it comes to customer service.

Server was so slow, we sat for 10 minutes before seeing a server, then all she said was are you ready to order. Not even a hello. Never came by to ask us if we wanted drinks. We had to order drinks when we put in our meal order and didn't bring the drinks till our meal came out. After our order came the next time we saw her she was giving us the bill. And there was only 3 other tables with people at it. So it was not busy at all. She just looked miserable

1 server was working. He provided the best service 1 man can handle.Food was made well.Sudden potent smell... like an overflown septic. Soon gross. We got to finish most of our plates before the smell reached us....stomach turned a bit (from smell)Paid & left gagging from the smell that nobody knew where it came from

Service was bad. She took my order and I sat there waiting and waiting and waiting and watching other people walk in the door getting their drinks and everything before they even ordered. I was trying to find her to get my drink and I sat there for 10 minutes and then I just walked out

everything. IHOP is the best ?

I'm giving only 1 star cause we could never get through to place the order. The app does not let you add anything different but they also don't answer the phone i think it's rude what's the point of having a phone if you ain't going to answer.

Food was good. My son got pancakes and hash browns. He loved them. I got over easy eggs and grilled English muffins. They where awesome. The best part of the visit was our waitress. She was the best. I mentioned it was my son’s birthday and she brought him out a free ice cream. She said happy birthday to him a few times. She was awesome. Thank you.

Food was decent don't expect much from ihop but service was friendly and attentive. We had a very large party and they were extremely accommodating!

In Quincy IHopFrench toast and 2sausages were good. Hashbrowns had no flavor, the tea was not hot so it did not brew and orange juice was watered down. My waitress was the nices person ever. She did say that they did down size the menu because of the pandemic. All the hearty foods are gone. They want to add more healthy items .

Do not come here. My friends and I felt like we were an inconvenience and we were not welcome. After ordering drinks we had to ask 15 minutes later for them and then after 40 minutes we had to go ask for our food. Our waitress rolled their eyes over and over again, none of our orders were correct. Waste of time and money
