Not exactly a regular, but I have been coming here for years since I was old enough to drink (16 years ago) since it's a few blocks away from where I grew up. Haven't been back since last summer when I stopped in for lunch--the tab was around $20-25, left a $5 tip plus whatever loose change I had in my pocket. Was rudely told by the server that I could keep the change. I don't believe she saw the $5 bill that was also included, but almost felt the need to take it back. I understand how hard it is to work the service industry as I have worked in restaurants before, but snarky comments don't really make me want to come back to certain places. Hopefully she isn't that rude to other customers, if she even still works there.

This place was a second choice for us. We had originally wanted to go to Rozafa, their main menu was closed till 5 pm but the website said it was open at 3 pm.That being said, Fowler House was worth the visit. We ordered a charcuterie board that had a variety of cheeses, meats, and veggies. It was very fresh and delightful. Next we ordered our meal. I ordered Tips and Tenders (just a note the menu did the chicken was saute chicken. I opted for Tenders. Worth the switch). The meats were out of this world. I did order medium rare tips, but they came med to med-well. The sauce was the selling point to me: smokey and sweet. The Tenders were crispy with house sage gravy. This gravy was beautiful and herbaceous. The meal comes with 2 veggie sides. I chose fries and Ceasars salad. Then we ordered dessert to go. I got the fudgy layered cake. So amazing. The place has a variety beers on tap and a solid wine and alcohol menu.I would suggest this place for a couple of reasons. The food is great, TVs to watch a game and the service. Very comfortable place to eat with the family or friends

Went here for the first time on a Sunday night. Had some apps and drinks and played keno. Our bartender was very sweet. We will definitely return!

Very warm and friendly staff and surroundings. Pizza was fabulous, even though I had nobody to share with.

Nice layout. Staff is friendly. The risotto was over cooked, though flavor was good. Decent bar.

Extremely clicky place. People at the bar were NOT friendly at all. Im a truck driver from Georgia and went in as a solo guy to watch the game. The bartender was mad because I was friendly. Worst bar I have ever been to in my life. SNOBBY and POMPOUS and UNWELCOMING.

I only had a drink at the bar,but I noticed that many around me were enjoying the food very much, and the staff was very welcoming.

waitress recomended french dip , it was overcooked steak and cheese with beef broth. thats it .had to listen to bar staff argue with daughter abouit shifts and bartender didnt care if i liked it or not.

appetizers, burger , chic parm, Buffalo chic pizza, all came out hot and cooked to perfection. great portions and polite and informed staff. would defo go again.
