If you're in Quincy Mass, stop in to the "5 Guys" burger restaurant on Hancock Street. The burgers and other sandwiches are fantastic! The staff were friendly.Oh the fries were heavenly!
Left a water bottle there and when I called up not even 10 min later to make sure it is still there, they where very rude over the phone and then just hung up on me multiple times, i wouldn’t have had a issue if they said it’s not there sorry, but the fact that they keep hanging up makes me 99% sure that one of the staff members stole it. That is unacceptable to hang up on customers
Ordered two cheeseburgers for dine in, both Pattie’s were cold within minutes of eating. The beefy flavor was lacking, and fries were over cooked.
Ordered online a regular fry and a bacon cheese burger. When I got home I realized Half the fries were inedible as they were not cooked all the way through (pretty sure they gave me a little fry) and there was no bacon on my burger. Couldn’t even turn around to get what I ordered because they close. Very frustrating.
Very friendly staff! Fast service! Restaurant was neat and clean, as was the restroom.

Food is pretty good , with a great view of the historical Hancock Commons Park. Eat in, or on nice days , take your meals across the street near the fountains and gardens.
It's a better burger deal all consideration asked to accept the best onions glazed for the appetit test
Great burgers & fries, hard-working crew, one of the better Five Guys locations on the South Shore.
Like all Five Guys it's expensive for what it is, but the quality and service are all very consistent.
