5/25 - Best Dunkin's we've been to on 3A and in Quincy/Weymouth area. Food always comes out right each time and there not skimp on meat. Nor are they rude. The drinks are done perfect, so it's not to strong or not enough flavor. Seems it's hard to find a good Dunkin with good service weather it be with food or employees. When it all comes down to it, it's management that this all falls under and it seems this location has it's stuff together and cares about what they put out service wise and know it's the customers that keep them in business and they want them to come back.
It literally took 3 times to get my one cup of coffee right. The cashier had no idea what I meant by extra light. Donut was dry no flavor. Will not be returning.

Takeout window is great. Robert, Jonathan, Marco and a wonderful young whose name I've yet to get but I suspect may be the mgr. All very polite, knowledgeable, agreeable, attentive and fun. Excellent service. Little extras for an older customer. Pleasure to visit.
Pros: Donuts were tasty. Modern design. Free wifi and plenty of electrical outlets. Fast and friendly service.Cons: No Cruller donuts.
DD is complete garbage now, surely the result of having been bought out by Arby's a little over a year ago. Nothing tastes the same. Sandwiches and donuts are smaller and more expensive and the coffee literally makes me sick to my stomach now. Bought from this location twice and sick both times. Thinking it was the location, tried two others and sick each time. It diesn't even taste the same. I contacted Customer Support by email and phone with ZERO reply. Just go ahead and call this place "Arby's Coffee" because it is now.
Iced coffee with cream and caramel is my favorite.
Nice. Staff is very young.

The one on 2nd Street near the T Station is horrible. They have all their restroomClosed off 4 employees..Un human
