Spent $5 on a sandwich and they can't give out more than one napkin! Even after I asked. Whose managing this place??
Pulled up at 6:38 on a Saturday and sat by the drive through buzzer for about 5 minutes.. we pulled up to the window because there was no response and we see an employee with pink hair lock up and walk out.. it’s now 6:45. You need to fix your posted hours and adhere to them. To close while a customer is in the drive through and not say nothing is horrible.
If I could give 0 stars I would worst DD in Quincy. Such a bad service employees act like they are not been pay enough.
Went to order a cup of frozen matcha latte. I walked in with no other customer inside and waited 2-3 minutes until a lady came. AND the first thing she said is "If you don't have a car, don't even bother to order anything", before I even spoke. Well this Dunkin's is only around a ten minute walk from my place and I don't feel the need to drive. I walked right out of this place. In conclusion, bad customer service and avoid this place if you can. This is my first time writing a bad review, I would give zero stars if I can. Go to other places.

They are rude for no reason at all. No one was behind me in line and the guy was talking to me as if he wanted me to stop my order, reverse and get out of there.
