Rude employees! They didn’t have anything I wanted to begin with and male order taker caught a attitude with me when I was deciding what to get instead, also did not have whipped cream or toppings for the cake batter latte which is the whole point of the drink and it did not taste the same without it.
This Dunkin’ Donuts was always my go to in convenience. Recently they have had ample issues, water heater breaking, electricity down, etc. the staff is great, but this is tremendously frustrating. Get your card system back up and your act together so we can rely on you again.

Okay overall coffee a little burnt
I gave an employee $100 bill to put $20 onto my phone app which he then put the whole $100 on it they wouldn't refund me and made it my fault and then threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave they didn't even try to resolve it
