Oreo blizzard in wafalcone chocolate dip... That was a great and great service.
There were two workers at that location and they did a great job of providing service. There was only one car when we got there but several cars pulled in within 15 min. BTW, the hot fudge Sunday, with wiped cream, was tasty.

Folks in Massachusetts still line up to get ice cream from the ?DQ! The price for a banana split was perfect,,, less than $7!!! On this night, it was my sister and a cousin. We each bought banana splits 3 different ways,,,, all delicious. We'll be back!
Thought that was some jimmies turns out to be a bug, unsanitary and dirty waste of money. God only knows how much bugs I already swallowed and didn’t even know
Very nice servers & very polite, but the ice cream cones are always halfway melted. After this last visit I noticed no gloves and a lot of nose, mouth and hair rubbing.
Have gone to this location twice. First time, I was over charged and let it slide and wanted to give them a second chance. Bad idea. They should do better with customer service. If the customer knows their order was made incorrectly then maybe look it up on the website before telling the customer that he/she is wrong.
I ordered a Oreo diet pie, proceeded to make my order and it came out JUST OREO ICE CREAM AITH 2 WORMS IN IT. they didn’t tell me before that they didn’t have the ingredients, I am upset and they I confronted them. Didn’t even give me a refund. Every time I have came I have been disappointed.

Ordered two items. One Oreo blizzard with caramel added and a dipped cone. The dipped cone was fine but the Oreo blizzard was almost melted as soon as I got it and they didn't add the caramel I paid for. I went back to the window with the blizzard and was told they gave me exactly what I ordered. One of the girls at the counter led me to believe they would make it right by making me a dipped cone instead (wich is a lot less expensive) but after I tossed the soupy blizzard they told me to pay again.Complete waste of money for subpar ice cream and awful customer service. Go elsewhere.
