The quality of this place definitely went down hill. The prices went up and the quality went down drastically. They are so stingy, this bao is suppose to come with a piece of eggs and Chinese sausage. It was all dough, with a small piece of meat and barely an evidence of egg and no sausage. I understand the whole post covid situation but it’s not okay to cut corners like this when the prices are already raised. At least keep the quality the same ! I wish i spoke Chinese. I would have called them up and give them my feedback.
Went to this store in the morning, we picked a lot of cakes and breads, when we asked to put all in a box. The seller in a mean manner complaint why don’t tell her at the beginning to put all in a box, and yell at us saying we wasted of her time. After that she just thrown all in one box. Super bad service. Not recommend.

Check your bread before you leave the store. My bread was very hard. Seems like it left there for a long time. Coconut taste very nasty. Will not go there no more
I ordered lemon iced tea. First, the lady didnt wear mask when I stepped in. Then after I ordered she put used mask on and started to take out the lemon from the original packaging. Are you supposed to wash your hand or wear gloves before you touch after touch used Mask? I told her can you wash your lemon before cur it. No response.She started to cut it without washing it. No comments. Paid for my drink that I am going to throw it to trash can.
