This was the first time I ordered .delivery was fast but the steak and cheese was dry overcooked and onion rings mediocre..I will not order again..I received a call from Manager about my review. I told him about my concerns . He made me a new sandwich (ham and cheese) and it was good.gave me a credit for the onion rings and delivered himself promptly!!
This place has great food... wish was card and not cash only... feel free to charge 2 5% extra

do not order food cold and soggy no fresh food to relace or money return manager lies about order i placed. do not waste your money spread the word now and forever.
So I place an order for a fish and chip which i can understand that they were busy ,fine it took 49 minutes. Upon arrival of the food it was dam near frozen. I call them which also by the way there very rude and ask for another order and my money back because of then time and the time I waited for the order.They had the audacity to tell me that I couldn't get my money back and at the same time tell me to give the frozen food back to get another order. I have never in my life see a business that petty and cheap, not to mention the customer service is terrible be on aleet.

EVER SINCE NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY AND QUANTITY HAS BEEN VERY VERY POOR! This leads me to believe is the reason why they are cash only. Check out reviews on Facebook page Everything Quincy.
I called these people and told them I have Covid 19 and needed a delivery for their protection. They thanked me and took my delivery and I paid over 60 dollars for 2 find clam plates. I live 3 blocks away from them and instead of coming first with the hot seafood because u cannot reheat them and for the price and tip I gave. The owner and 3 other employees said they were sending us 2 new hot plates within minutes. 90 minutes later I called and the owner keeps hanging up. He offered 5 dollars credit for over 66 dollars wasted! Never go here. Every time I see the tall middle eastern owner abusing customers.
Prices definitely don't reflect quality... the food was delicious and a decent portion even before you factor in how cheap it is. I had a large steak and cheese extra cheese it was under 10$... loved the entire experience
