The staff needs more training. There is no one in the store and I went to pick up my online order. When I leave and say Thank You to staff, no one reply me and not even look at customer. NO REPECT AT ALL!!Bad customer service.
The selections I had chosen where sold out. The tea was super sweet. And the boba where really hard.

CoCo is I guess an alright place, but alright doesn't cut it on my list especially when it comes to the already crowded tea shop area of Quincy. Today was my first visit, and upon entering the shop the employee didn't greet me, not even some eye contact. She was too busy browsing through Instagram in a bored mental haze. I was the only person there...Somehow she heard my shoes shuffling around on the floor and she looked up, and semi-cheerfully greeted me and asked the customary question of what I would like to order. Anyways, I ordered the well advertised berry lover drink. Looked good according to the picture, but in reality was some strawberry jam, a blueberry or two, and a piece of orange dumped into the cup. No lie, took around 15 seconds for the drink to come out to me after ordering. Which is concerning, because fresh drinks don't come out that quick.At the end the drink was overly sweet thanks to the Smucker's style strawberry jam. This was on the same level as Chatime quality if I were to compare. Save your money and tastebuds, go to Cafe Momo or China Beauty Tea for much better drinks.
My first time trying Coco. Their line was long on grand opening day so I stopped by another day instead. There are lots of fun drinks and they have a promotion with 99 ranch market at the moment. The cashier was very polite and the place is very clean. I got the berry sparkle and the cranberry puree was so good. Decent price and lots of parking here.
The place is connected to ranch 99. Staff was helpful in suggesting some drinks. We got the tora Milk tea, boba tea, lemon Green Tea and passion fruit. Everything was refreshing and yummy. Price is average.
So excited to see my favorite bubble tea in MA! Love that they don't use artificial powders. I can't believe they're right next to Ranch 99, it's so convenient!! Everyone was super nice and efficient, I can't wait to come back!
I tried the Jasmine Milk tea and Taro Milk tea on the grand opening day with bogo promotion. These teas were just ok, not bad but not really special. They have a good location, you can access to the store from 99 ranch.
One of the best bubble tea in Boston area with a good location! Parking is easy. It’s right next to two Asian supermarkets (Ranch 99 and C Mart) and Ming Seafood restaurant. Love their bubble milk tea and mango green tea!
Finally!! Coco is here in MA! I love their milk tea! I wish their have sago boba.
