I always come in person to order. Some employees are more generous than others with portions. But generally I am satisfied with what I've received. I will agree with others that this is one of the messier Chipotle locations I've been to.

I don’t rarely make reviews or post but this place has finally pushed my button, I always try too give a Restaurant a fair deal, but this place is anything but consistent, my first time there was fairly good, but my last three visits was just awful, I barely got any meat in my bowl, one of my burritos was like a soggy tootsie roll, I’m sorry the only thing that was consistent was the high price and not enough food to back it up, and don’t even get me started on the service, just please stay away from Drugs “ The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Waste” I learned my lesson 3 strikes and I’m out, QDOBA is my life!!! I’m mad that I had too give them one star just to post this! Bottom line don’t waste your money or time at this place ✌️

i drove 20 minutes to get here and they closed 15 minutes early. If i could have came earlier i would but it’s not like I ran in at 9:59. Not even a sorry or anything they just stood there and watched me try to open the locked doors.

Worst ever.. for a long time. I love chipotle and always give this one a chance. Always cold food. Portion for a toddler. Paying for double and getting less than the regular amount. Forgets the sides all the time too. They should shut this place down or get an entire new team to work there. I do not recommend. Better to make the trip to Braintree or South Bay.

Zero starts if I could. Mobile orders always wrong. Either not the right ingredients or extremely small portions. This is the only chipotle in my area so I always suffer to order here, give them the benefit of the doubt, and they still get it all wrong.. it’s been going on for a little over a year now.. DO NOT PLACE MOBLIE ORDERS. They throw whatever together just to keep the mobile line moving. WORST CHIPOTLE IN MASSACHUSETTS. I’d rather drive to Newton EVEN WITH THESE GAS PRICES.

Food inspector should check this place out, it was 20 mins before close, but there was spilled food everywhere. They said they were out of steak but the container was half full of some very unsafe looking beef. Also no napkins and ice was all overflowing in fountain. Trash can was also overflowing with trash. If I wasn't hungry I'd skip it all together fingers crossed for no food poisoning.

I love Chipotle, best food in the world. I hate when they take me through so fast without thinking for a second what option I want to get. And I hate how they expect me to know always the names of their food. I usually point at what I want but some servers show attitude... I don't think I'm expected to know this stuff.

They mess up the order every single time. They put meat in the veggie orders when they are serving. They don’t follow the extra options in the app or in Uber eats even though I pay for extra. The deliveries get lost and multiple times have paid for food that did not arrive. Worst service

I would give zero stars if possible. Don't come here unless you want to receive the wrong burrito bowl and then get attitude by each person behind the counter while they make your correct order.

Be warned. I ordered a burrito with guacamole and chips with guacamole through the App. It was crowded and it took about an extra 30 minutes to fill order. When I checked my bag I noticed no side of guacamole. When I asked, they simply said they ran out and I had to ‘seek reimbursement online’?!? In other words, they did not tell me they were not giving me what they charged me for. Still no reimbursement. Outrageous
