I've been a customer for years first time going back in about probably 10 . The chicken wings was still hot in gigantic and tasty the egg rolls crispy very tasty very warm. The issue this time I felt extremely rushed in and out of it . Have the shrouds of plastic like it was April and May 2020 covid even when I walk back in my food was on a desk or table here picking up there it was just all so strange and surreal. But again the food was great so who knows

Crab rangons are horrible and have no filling to them. Food was very bland and showed up almost an hour after the latest time they expected.

literally the worst chinese food i ever had ! and that's saying a lot as you can probably call me a Chinese food connoisseur I've been to dozens if not pushing 100 Chinese restaurants this is worst not only out of the poor taste and food but also out of the desperation of them to be cheap to their custoomers. and nickel and dime everything!! imaginable.

Extremely rude and ugly talker Chinese woman answered the phone and even hanged up on me before I finalize. I decided to not pick up my food and ordered some where else!

Extremely rude woman and man at front counter. I made an order and went to pick and was immediately yelled at to put a mask on. No problem. I put one on as I had one in my pocket. Simple mistake. The woman continued to yell at me saying she just talked to me on the phone about this which was not the case. She mistook me as someone else and even when the misunderstanding was cleared they continued to shout. The man in the back came up standing behind her with arms crossed as she yelled to add to the intimidation. As a woman of color I cannot recommend this place as I felt a victim of prejudice. I didn’t argue just walk out and left my order bewildered. I will never go here again and I hope nobody else has to go through that.

I just tried to order on the phone using hands free phone while driving... the lady that answered was rude, I placed my order and she demanded I give her my credit card # before she would place my order. I explained I was driving, she told me to pull over and call when i had my credit card number.

Was not allowed to stay in restaurants while waiting for order.

The woman said they no long carry eggplant. I said eggplant was still on the menu. She told me they had a new menu. I said I was looking at the new menu. She got mad and said, "we got our new menu 2 days ago, how can you have the new menu?" I just hung up the phone.Here's the irony: when I picked up food from this place two weeks ago, this same woman told me to take one of their "new menu" and had "155 Eggplant in Garlic Sauce" under vegetables. So how often do you guys update your menu? Everyday?I am sick of your altitude and "new menu" bs so I will just throw your menu into the trash and pick up food from another restaurant.

First time ordering from here and it was great. Food was still hot when it was delivered.

In terms of taste, the food was great and you get a lot for your money. Unfortunately, I woke up the next day with a very upset stomach. I'm not sure if I had a one off bad experience, but out of caution I don't think I'll be back. I hope others don't have the same experience.
