Had lanzhou noodles and cumin lamb flat noodles. Both are very good but find the soup is slightly on the light side, but the portion is really huge. Also this place only take cash, no personal cheque and credit cards. So make sure you withdraw from atm before going there.
Would’ve gave them a 5 star but ONE of the employee was extremely rude. He always been rude, I’m not sure if is just rude to me or to everyone. The other time I came in around 9:15 and he was literally trying to kick my friend and I when their place actually close at 10pm. The whole experience was just terrible with him. The food was good it’s just him that ruins the whole experience. All the other employees are nice except him. He was the only person the the floor and our table has been here for a while but he never came to take our order. He was literally just on his phone the whole time.when we called him he seemed really annoyed. We also asked for water but he never gave it to us.
If you want a real hand pulled noodles, this is the place. Extremely clean and tasty. It is cash only so make sure have it handy
Delicious! Got liang pi (cold skin noodles) and cumin lamb dry noodles and both were great but we liked the lamb noodles a bit better. As a liang pi enthusiast I'd say the texture of the noodles were good and all the right stuff was there but there was something small I can't put my finger on that felt missing so I can't say it was my favorite but I'm a harsh judge. The biang biang mian was great - a bit thicker than my preferred but I actually didn't mind. Flavor and texture were great. Could've used more lamb but I would get it again.
One of the best noodle shops around Boston. The Lanzhou beef noodle was delicious.

I’d say best Chinese noodle place around Boston Area!!! Ordered the beef lanzhou noodle and cumin lamb noodle and both are beyond amazing! Very authentic and tasty! Will definitely try again soon for other noodles.
