What can I say but wow. Outstanding service, everything was so clean. The decor was beautiful. The staff was so inviting and efficient. Last but definitely not least the food was delicious and the serving size is insane.
The food was tasteless, the bread was stale..all and all they just have the quantity and no quality!! It is a surprise why this place has 4.1 rating ..The staff is friendly and tired which was the only thing which made me felt I should add a tip ...this place is a big no for people who like quality over quantity anytime!!!
There must be new management and new Chefs as EVERYTHING has changed for the better...Always clean and runs like a machine. The waitstaff are extremely friendly and helpful. Also very attentive. Drinks are perfect (make sure you let them know "top shelf only" or you'll end up with a bottom shelf headache )Food is tasty, hot and fresh!!!Anything on the menu is 5stars!!! However I would suggest dining in as ive noticed the portion size is much better than take out.If you decide to sit in the lounge to watch the band and eat there please be patient. They are getting rocked constantly. The best thing to do in that instance would be to head to the bar yourself and also grab a menu. Trust me...the waitstaff havent forgotten you...no need for attitude whatsoever folks! They're just busy.All in all ill definitely be back.
The band was AMAZING!! I don't know how it is on any other night but, Saturday night's are VERY entertaining!! Food was good the drinks could use a little attention.. Although it was crowded the staff and service was awesome! Had fun! And I will definitely be back! Fun! Food! Good times! Music! Drinks!
Delicious food!!! Excellent customer service. Would have given 5 stars, however, seating was problematic. With all the seats available, they seated us first, then a couple came in and they seated them directly behind us??? They were clearly on a date and kind of loud, didn't want to hear THAT conversation. Tried the bar area first, very small, and full (clearly regulars and it was only 6pm).
Love to go to Karaoke during the week. Very interesting and older crowd but fun and respectful. Food portions are huge, no way you can finish by yourself. Drinks are standard nothing exciting.
Dinner on a Saturday night, The place was hopping - both the very efficient takeout operation & the dining room. Nonetheless, due to the very large size of the restaurant, we were seated right away. Most of the seating is in cozy booths separated from other diners by attractive wood or glass paneling. Prompt service. Huge portions. They offer combo plates for dinner, which I liked. Food was a bit bland but tasty. Lots of vegetables, but not the all too common celery/carrot ones. Won-ton soup was especially good, with kale, pea pods and pork bits.
I'm always looking for a good Chinese restaurant and my wife read that Cathay Pacific was a very good restaurant so we went to check it out. So glad we did the food we got was the best, new favorite Chinese restaurant. Everything was great chicken fingers and wings, boneless spare ribs,beef with oyster sauce, beef fried rice. Free hot tea (last one I went to charged me $3:00 for a pot) and rolls (haven't been given any in years). And my wife was so happy to get pineapple at the end of the meal Definitely going back, if you're looking for a good Chinese restaurant come here we'll worth the trip to 111 Hancock Street, Quincy Ma
I've been going here since I was 2 years old with my family. I'm 36 now, and order for my own daughter and mother. My mother is always the one who picks up. Nice food, and kind people. They remember us by name, and whenever we have an issue they solve it. Thank you.
Love this food everything so fresh and cooked properly. If you need things prepared a particular way just notify them and they actually listen to your requests. I bought take out for my coworkers in Melrose and they absolutely loved it. ?
