Overall a typical Burger King normal experience, but I ordered a medium meal and the cashier kept changing it to a large. Normally not a big deal, but kind of a scummy practice I haven’t seen at other Burger Kings before.The person giving us our food was super nice though!

The staff was friendly, the food was hot and fresh and came out very fast. However, the dining area was very messy and there was no ice in the machine but they were also short staffed.

Really you don't teach your kids to clean up after themselves you teach them to be rude and disrespectful if not why call the cops unless they were being disrespectful.In my opinion teach your kids to clean up after themselves they are the future they should know how to and the parents are the ones to teach them, so learn a lesson and parent correctly.

I visited during lunch rush on 5/24/22 via drive thur. Was greeted with the most excited and enthusiastic associate at any restaurant. Antonio put a smile on my face. The food was hot and order was exact. TY.

Service was a bit slow maybe understaffed but food was correct and hot

French fries are 5 stars!!!! Never ever ever been too salty!! And the staff have always been pleasant... nothing special but really? Always pleasant?? Yeesh 5 stars for the employees!!They need some construction work on the drive thru because it's got a huge sinkhole, not even a pothole, its a sinkhole.Its in a great location that's close to everything, and the parking lot has more than enough spots to choose from.

I used to drive over to this location because of the service and hot fries. The service here has seriously gone downhill and I'm not talking about the wait. Please bring back the guy with the tattoos on his arms because the guy on the window with the accent is rude. Don't ask a question about the menu, ask him to repeat himself or add anything to your order last min he's going to catch a nasty attitude.

literally this place is garbagefirst the service is terrible and second there is always smoke emitting from the back into the from where people eat the workers are so rude and were yelling at my partner and yelling at people going through the drive thru not to mention how terribly kept the bathrooms are and the amount of crumbs on every table

The absolute worst. The girl in the drive through was as rude as rude can be. You can’t read her name tag, so I don’t know her name however she is the manager she said. She was taking to customers like they were in jail and she was an abusive correctional officer. She refused water to this woman, and she didn’t give me my change. I was late so I went to another Burger King to try and get info, I will follow through with this to the top. The other issues were borderline criminal so I am not going to mention them all. Nobody should be able to verbally abuse people like this and to think she has no fear of retaliation is frightening. She will be held accountable for her demeaning remarks and disgusting attitude as well as keeping peoples change. It is Wednesday at 4:15pm. I will go to corporate, even though this is a franchise I will file report and charges accordingly.

This location on Adams St in Quincy has been disappointing for the past year especially. Always issues with my orders so I go there as little as possible now. This time the screw up was that I ordered a chicken sandwich PLAIN - yet they gave it to me with mayo, lettuce, and cheese. And it was take out, so I was already home when I found out. I like Burger King but service and quality in my area have diminished lately.
