The best tacos around Boston! Great prices and delicious. I like the beef barbacoa and carnitas tacos the most. Their fish tacos are also really tasty. Get the nachos with chicken tinga on top. I'm a regular and often here once a week in the summer months while they are open.
?????????? I've only had Ice Cream so far but Nom Nom Nom Nom Delicious! ?
Our third time to Baja Box and we are still delighted with their tacos.I love the grilled chicken tacos marinated with cilantro lime and served with cotija cheese. The Salsa Verde (extra) goes perfectly with it.If cilantro isn’t your thing, the chicken tinga tacos are also tasty. My husband’s favorites include the fried fish tacos and the fried shrimp tacos. He also likes the non-fried fish tacos, but he prefers the crispy goodness of the fried. Each order of tacos comes with 2 tacos of the same variety, so the prices are reasonable.I look forward to someday trying the Taco Salad—once I can pull myself away from the grilled chicken tacos. ?Service is pretty quick, even when there is a line.Outdoor ordering and seating only, but the view of Boston across the water and the rest of the bay is lovely. There is plenty of parking along the beach on Quincy Shore Drive.I definitely recommend Baja Box for a delicious al fresco lunch by the sea.
Got a frappe. So good. Especially being right next to the ocean. Wollaston Beach
Ate down the street on Sunday evening then strolled here for ice cream. Was 'Cash only" when we got there, but they announced it regularly so no surprise. $4 for a good sized dish of peanut butter pie ice cream was delicious and filling!
Enjoyed the Baja Box Nachos, Grilled Fish Tacos and Baja Shrimp tacos last night overlooking the beach! The pickled onion, avocado crema and wasabi cucumber sauce on the grilled fish tacos = perfection! The nachos are loaded with cotija cheese, black beans, and all the expected toppings. This is good food, people.
Today I had the chicken Tinga tacos and the chocolate chip ice cream. The Tinga tacos were very good but the chicken was cooked a little bit mushy. The ice cream was yummy and I found out that it is Gifford‘s ice cream which is located in Maine. I must say at some of my favorite ice cream but I especially like the toasted coconut which they happened to be out of today ☹️. I visit some times just for the coconut ice cream. The last time I was here I ate the fried avocado taco and a grilled fish taco both of which were amazing!!
Delicious tacos and soft serve with a fantastic view of the beach, the bay, and the city.
I'm telling you this was the BEST EVER [email protected]
Great tacos - Chicken Tinga, shrimp and veggie avocado. Loved them ??, also this place has great varieties of ice cream!
