Love it here specially when Taylor is waitressing. Appetizers delicious.
We had a great experience with Angela the bartender. She was so nice and friendly and everybody in the place was. The food was delicious and the price is right
Worst Applebees ever. Service is horrible. The server kept passing by our table and straight ignored us meanwhile we’ve been waiting to order for the past 20 minutes. The place is literally run by little kids that have no consideration for people’s time. Moral of the story is I was better off going to the McDonald’s around the corner. Save your time and money!
The happy hours are awesome $5 each drink :)
Had our favorite appetizer,, chicken wanton tacos! This crunchy yummy concoction, never disappoints. My daughter hates coleslaw, but somehow, likes this! I also had a bourbon chicken dinner with the mashed potatoes, which was actually really good, and my daughter had an 8oz steak with mashed potatoes. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
Waitress at the Hancock location provided excellent service. While my family and I dined in we observed her serving 5 tables of extremely rude customers making frivolous complaints, just trying to get free meals. 2 tables left zero tip after eating their meals, complaining about the lack of service (which was nonsense), getting their bill comped, and even making extra take home softdrink cups. Waitress still treated the rest of her tables with great customer service and professionalism. Food and drinks were good and the price was reasonable, especially during the after 9pm happy hour. Managers, FYI, the customer is NOT always right. Support your staff and kick the rude customers out. My family and I will definitely return to this location.
The burger and boneless wings were good. The service was slow and it took us a long time to get our food other than that it wasn't that bad. The boneless wings came out after a long wait and we still waited Another half hour to 45 minutes to get our burgers. The server just seemed like she didn't want to be there.
Your average neighborhood Applebees! Though I ordered the Fiesta Lime Chicken, but when it came the waitress casually apologized for not having lime. It would've been nice to know about the lime before ordering. Otherwise fine experience and nice staff
Food was good but service was lacking. Waited 15 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant. Then was ignored for about 25 minutes before we even got water. Ordered 2 main courses which came in parts. Have made the decision to try a different location next time.
-1 star, second time coming over and last time! The worst Applebee’s I have ever been to! Even my 8 years old niece told me”this restaurant is bad aunt, I don’t want to come over anymore( we go out once a month)” first time it was with my son the services was so bad as well we did wait a long time to be served, after we got a free dessert lol…today we waited 17minutes for someone to come over to the table, to make it better I order Bourbon steak got a Ribeye… order original buffalo got barbecue chicken…hamburger without onion got it with onion…dessert to go they warmed it up…Had to pay $85 for the lowest services ever at least the first time they kind of show they were not happy and gave me a free dessert but this time ooohhh boy, even the hostess was rude! Very very bad service! I kind of felt sorry for the waitress even know at the end I see she was trying so hard but she had so many tables that it was so sad to see how overwhelming she was! Will not go back at all…very bad management for sure!!Bye Applebee’s will stay away!!!!
