I previously reviewed this restaurant one of the must places to go in Quincy. Unfortunately my friends and I walked out of the restaurant after 30 minutes of waiting. It was a day where a group of friends was excited to try out 16C visiting from Connecticut as well. Kinda embarrassing to even recommend this restaurant in the first place.Anyway long story short the service was horrendous. We had one blonde waitress who had the audacity to stared at us when we were waiting to be served. We had a brunette waitress next to the table we were sitting talking to another customer for 30 minutes without even acknowledging to take our order. My friends and I eventually settled for Tavern in Quincy, which is a shame for 16C because earlier this year I gave it a high rating praising the quality of their food and solid service.The food at 16C is definitely one of the must places to go for American food, but unfortunately I will give them a 1 out of 5 rating on this second outing. This happened on a Thursday night May 28th around 9pm.
First time visiting and I really enjoyed everything. We did everything from appetizers to dessert and everything was excellent. This includes the service?

Amazing!! The sheet pizzas here are to die for, especially the prosciutto and fig. We always love the parmesan and garlic wings. Be sure to ask for their homemade ranch to go with it.
Can't recommend it. Host wasn't particularly nice. Waitress had an off-putting attitude from the start. Very cramped dining area. Don't ask for steak sauce, they don't have any. Took us about 2 hours to get our food. Pizza was good. I can only suggest that if you want their food, order take out.
Outstanding food, great service! The fig & prosciutto flatbread is out of this world. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal & our server, Cassidy, was friendly & attentive. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The Flatbread pizzas are amazing. The bartender who was on knew how to mix a drink and the waitstaff was warm and attentive. I will be going back as soon as I am in Quincy.
