I ordered a chili salad they forgot the chili and tortilla chips . Received a coupon for my next order. Today I ordered a bourbon burger and a big bacon burger. They gave me two bourbon burgers one had a plain bun that was supposed to be the bacon burger no lettuce tomato or bacon. The buns were stale . I can't win definitely not worth the my time or money
Really sucks to have walked all the way down there, excuse me I mean my boy friend had to push me because I am in a wheelchair, when it says that they are open till 10:00 “confirmed by the business 4 weeks ago”….. Wasn’t even 9:00 yet and the dining room was already closed. So what time do you actually close so I don’t end up getting in as huge fight with my boyfriend next time for walking a mile and a half there for nothing?
I just went in there to pick up an order and was completely embarrassed by the person on the register when I was looking for my order. Some disabilities are invisible and I feel personally attacked he said “we’ve already had this discussion” while yelling at me about where the order is, I do door dash and have for a long time and the times I’ve gotten Wendy’s orders they’ve always been on the counter and you have to let them know you’re there to get it. I went a while back and he must’ve been the one to point to the area where the orders are. I feel so attacked and I guess need to push it to my brain even more about this specific Wendy’s (I pick up from many) has a delivery pick up area. My bad. I was having such a good day today and his attitude towards me completely drained me :(
Friendly staff. There was a $60 order in the drive thru ahead of me and the worker apologized for the delay. Numerous errors in my order, however. Given a chicken sandwich when I ordered a burger. The chix sandwich I did order was ordered without lettuce and mayo. Both were present.
The crew helped us get our order even though we got there a minute before closing. Good food
Everyday I come here at 6 pm the wait in the drive through is over 45 minutes. They lock the door so it is the only option to order. I know business are under staffed, but this is ridiculous.
The restaurant itself was very clean the staff super friendly. I ordered the Dave's single with fries and 10 piece nuggets. The food was fresh and hot. Wendy's has always been a favorite of mine.
I had the chicken ?? Honey ? biscuit meal and the sandwich was delicious I can't wait to get another breakfast from Wendy's it was worth the stop.
