Food was amazing. The outdoor seating was great. Our waitress was very good. Only thing I wish they had was a gluten free appetizer.
Nice day to sit outside, but we were seated in the shade by the door to the bar. We asked 3 times to be moved to available tables in the sun, however they just kept seating new people. Ordered a white sangria..it was clearly red, the waitress said no they added juice. The table next to us ordered a white sangria it was white with fruit! Got our meals had to ask for silverware none was provided, she did not even notice. 20 minutes plus for a drink refill. Food was ok service HORRIBLE.
I came over from Ireland along with 8 members of my family for my nephew's wedding, he booked the the restaurant for his after wedding party for 70 guest, we were sadly disappointed by bouncers behavior. He denied entrance to those with International Ids and unnecessarily and rudely asked for ID from a Grandmother. Incredibly rude!We ended up leaving taking our business elsewhere, Avoid this establishment.
Very disappointed with the staff. Hostess was not thrilled to see us at the front desk and acted like we were a bother to take to a table. Waitress was very unfriendly. Once she brought our food, we never saw her until we asked a manager to get her. Never asked if we wanted drink refills or to check to see how our food was. When we left, the same hostess was on her cell phone at the front desk. Food was okay, nothing special for the price paid. Very poor, unfriendly, would not recommend.
Booked a private event for after a wedding to get some drinks. We weren’t rowdy or loud but they decided to kick nearly half of our party out because they were either visiting from another country or were surprised they were being ID’d as a 65+ year old. Terrible service and incredibly rude people that do not want to make money.Edit** given the owner decided to respond by stating people didn’t have proper ID’s I figured it was important to point out that every single person there had a proper ID and presented it that evening. Not only is this place garbage, but also the owner is a moron.
Extremely rude staff. Restaurant/bar missed out on thousands of dollars after turning away an entire wedding party. Everyone had IDs (contrary to what the restaurants really horrible response was from another review within our party). Tips for all other wedding parties seeking a bar afterwards: avoid this one at all costs because management is lazy and will not accommodate and go over to the Cabbyshack across the way for a better time with friendlier staff (also with better views of the water). Waterfront, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Keep catering to your 80 year old patrons as they’re the only crowd you’re likely to get.
My husband and I are visiting Plymouth/Boston area for the first time. We came to Waterfront for dinner by a recommendation from.a local.Hostess was nice.Table was clean and pretty.Food was very good, well-prepared, very home-style. Semi-formal presentation. Very welcoming and well.served.Waitress was very nice, quick, and helpful.Service overall: ??????Waterfront redeemed our first dinning experience in Plymouth after a bad experience in a nearby overpriced restaurant.Don't think too hard. This is the restaurant you need to visit.

Great food, service and view of the ocean
Worst filet I’ve ever had tasted like the meat you use to cook beef stew. Not only that but the first time they brought it out was over cooked we had to sent it back and then they brought it back raw. Regardless I felt bad for the waitress so I just took it home and cooked it to medium rare and the quality of the meat was still just terrible. Don’t waste your money here. So over priced for low quality mislabeled food.
