Honestly this is one of the better Taco Bell locations in Plymouth County. The employees are always friendly and the food is always good.
Got here at 8:40, says it closes at 9pm online but sat at the drive through speaker and no one answered so we drove around. Ppl were there but they were cleaning up. Seems like this is a common thing from these reviews. Kind of sucks since the next closest Taco Bell is another 30 minutes away.
I love the grilled grande breakfast burrito steak. It's only $3.99 and extremely filling. It's healthy, egg, potato, steak, salsa, cheese. If I ordered an omelet at a regular breakfast restaurant it would have cost $9 to $12! So this item is one great bargin!
Ice machine, freezey machine and debit/credit card machine all down at once. NO ICE IN A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT? Why wouldn't the mgr go and buy ice? Oh and 3 Rd In ine at drive thru and took 25 minutes for 3 TACOS! ???
I went to this location twice. The first time I went two males spoke in the drive thru mic at the same time and were extremely rude. I totally get it’s just taco bell, but they had absolutely no customer service skills at all. They told me that it would take a long time to get my food out and basically convinced me to cancel it so I did because they were irritating. When I got to the window, my BF told them we can totally understand being short staffed and busy, but they don’t need to be rude. Then we went today and the poor girl at the window was being yelled at by someone (assuming her MGR) all because she wanted to make sure we were given the correct bag of food. Someone needs to help this location out or completely shut it down because it’s terrible.
went there around a week ago i was told the fryer was broken after placing my order and still have not been refunded or even messaged about this store won’t even pick up calls so now i have to drive 30 minutes to even ask about a refund. awful store and awful experience.
by far the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. every single time i go i get tacos that have clearly sat out on the line for too long. i open them as soon as i get out of the drive thru and the bottoms fall off due to sogginess. i also order a crunchwrap and every single time say i have a tomato allergy and remove the tomato’s JUST TO STILL GET FOOD I CANT EAT.
Worst taco bell ever. The staff are rude, there is always a minimum 20 minute wait even when i was the only car in their parking lot at 9 at night. I chose on the app to pick up my food inside, i get there and the inside is closed so i have to go through the drive thru, not a big deal but a bit annoying that they didn't just have the app say this location doesn't allow you inside. I go thru the drive thru and nobody speaks when i get to the speaker and then they have the audacity to say that i should have just said the order name. Like no, I was waiting to make sure that there was somebody listening. Every time I've gone here the food looks like it got run over too. I mean im not expecting anything gormet but the staff clearly put in no effort. They didn't even give us the right items and left out the side for one of the boxes. They didn't even do anything so we could tell the burritos apart. When I was driving away i saw a group of teenagers come up to the building and the employee who brought out my food was standing in the door yelling across the parking lot to his friends.Im definitely never going to this location again
I’ve tried to go here 5 separate occasions in the past few months. Every time in drive through they tell you it is a 20 minute wait. Save yourself the trouble, 40 seconds away is a new Mexican restaurant called Ocho Cafe. Might as well get real food if you have to wait 20 minutes for it.
Food was good, but the filth throughout the inside of this store was a disgrace. I really should call the board of health. The floor has more cheese and lettuce than a 12 pack of tacos. Greasy doorways and omg the windows!
