The fact that I haven’t written a stellar review for Speedwell Tavern already is amazing, because I’ve been there many times and I’ve enjoyed it every single time. Fantastic location in downtown Plymouth with INCREDIBLE wing sauce choices (including unique specials every week)! My personal favorite is the Gold Digger Carolina BBQ sauce on boneless wings. Great option for a small group who enjoys a good beer selection and some wings, or a fun couple’s casual night out.
I've been coming here for awhile! Great craft beer selection and a lot of IPAs, service is always friendly although sometimes it seems understaffed. We come here for chicken wings which usually great. However lately the seasoning on some of the dry rubs are practically none existent. Very disappointing dry rubs. Had some wings with absolutely nothing on it. If they step up their game this place would be 5 stars for sure. Still a good place and I'll be back
Food was great waitress was terrible asked if they had bottle beer says yes while on her phone had to drag out of her what kind.Had to go up to the bar to ask her on her phone instead of waiting on us comes to table no eye contact awful no hello older women with black hair. Im a waitress if i served like that id be fired nevermind i wouldnt make money disgrace was very upset with her none caring attitude?

Good food and drink but hasn’t been open the last 3 times we went there during normally scheduled open hours. Like many businesses it appears as though covid has effected their staff.Check to see if they are open before heading their way
Great food, great local beer selections. I got the Speedwell Chopped Salad and it was super fresh and so good.
The food was really good but the place was too busy for the bartender to not be paying attention to the customers. Very slow service and they were playing on their phone while people were waiting for things (drinks, their bill, food sitting in the window)
