Been part of the rewards program for years and recently came to this restaurant to redeem a reward for a free burger. Got to the restaurant over an hour before closing, barely any cars in the parking lot, nearly the entire restaurant was empty. After waiting nearly 5 minutes for someone to come greet us, we were told it would be a 30-45 minute wait to be seated (despite, once again, 99% of the restaurant’s tables being vacant). Needless to say, we didn’t wait and were seated immediately at a neighboring restaurant. My free burger reward also expired because of this which leaves me little desire to return.
Went in around 7 pm on a Friday night and waited about 20 minutes for a table. I wasn’t too bothered by that, we gave the host our name and phone number then just sat outside until our table was ready. Eventually got seated and after another 20 minutes nobody had even acknowledged us or took a drink order. I understand places are short staffed but don’t seat us if we’re just going to continue to sit around and wait. We walked out and definitely will not be returning. Much better places to get an overpriced cheese burger
Had the best burger Ihave had in a long time.... staff was awesome..... would recommend this place to anyone..... awesome
Ordered gluten free cheeseburger with fries. Very juicy burger, also had free refills on sides.
Recent visit, staff was great, but there wasn't enough to handle a Friday night. The wait to be seated was long even though there were empty tables. Bartender was waiting on tables because they were short staffed. Honestly the staff couldn't have been nicer, but my burger was actually cold (fries were hot) and by the time they brought a new one my husband was finished eating. So I took it home.
i ordered delivery via doordash. thank you for getting everything with my order exactly correct, and for going above & beyond in offering a variety of burger customization options. the fact that i can substitute a veggie patty for any burger on the menu is amazing. the burgers themselves were so so delicious. i ordered the banzai burger and master cheeseburger, both with veggie patties. they were flavorful and piled high with toppings and sauce. the steak fries were also very good. in addition i ordered a house salad with salsa ranch dressing, and that dressing was a total highlight!sadly they were not offering shakes that night but i look forward to ordering again or even coming in person so i can enjoy the shakes as well, in addition to the fantastic burgers.thanks very much for being so accommodating to my vegetarian dietary preference!
our waitress was awesome, however the restaurant was Filthy, they also just mopped the floor which they warned us about, making it extremely slippery. It is not the same as before, as all the sizes are different on the portions
Very slow. Ok food. Place was empty when we arrived, almost concerning since it was a Friday night. Waitress was very kind but she was overworked (and probably underpaid) and overtasked, which did not allow her full potential to show with her customers. Not her fault! Food was ok, definitely not where it should be for Red Robin but it was edible and no issues with the order when it came out. Just poorly plated and the brisket burger was a plate full of grease.
Awesome burgers and excellent unlimited garlic awesome severs, really attentive, if your in the area I guarantee it worth a visit
the waitress was very friendly and attentive. All the food was really good there was 7 of us.
