I called because the delivery was a half hour later than promised. The woman who answered the phone said the driver left a while ago. The woman who answered the phone hung up on me when I said the pizza would be cold because bags don’t keep it hot. Never order delivery from them! It’s always a problem and I live a mile away from the store.
Consistently good food and service. The addition of the full bar was a great add. Never had a bad meal or anything other than superb service.
A beautiful restaurant. Looks small from the outside, but it has a decent amount of seating. The staff are phenomenal and hard working as people come in for lunch and as take-out orders come in!!
Currently suffering from a bad kidney infection so I decided to order delivery from this new place! I was excited to try it despite its mixed reviews. However, when I called to place an order for a delivery the woman who answered said that they don’t deliver to me…. I live right off of long pond road right on Clark road. Not even 10 minute drive… most places have a driving mile radius up to 15 miles. Anyways… after explaining I’m right down the street she didn’t double check where they deliver to she recommended door dash! Lol sure I’ll pay 75.00 dollars for a 40.00 dollar meal! Looks like I won’t be giving my money to this business.
If I could give no stars I wouldNEVER AGAIN… been ordering from here for years.. Tonight I go in to order as no one is answering the phone and online ordering is down. I order a buffalo chicken Stromboli for my daughter and a Cesar salad for myself.The guy does my order on a computer,takes my card gives me a pen to sign, I look up he’s making my daughters food by the handful,no gloves,no washing of hands,I ask him to stop and please remake and to put gloves on,ok he goes and gets gloves. Young kid is making the salad,stops and asked a question about dressing,older woman comes from dining room with dirty dishes in hand looks at the salad and says that’s to much cheese,PUT HER HAND IN SALAD TAKES THE CHEESE OUT AND PUTS IT BACK IN BIN,she’s holding DIRTY DISHES. Refund requested and not only is management being contacted,so is board of health..Never again will I order from here
Had a stupidly overpriced burger that was not worth it in the slightest - I know, why order a burger from a pizza place? My coworker has them often and I figured I'd try it. Fries are unsalted, burger isn't anywhere near worth it, and the woman who took my order and checked me out when I picked it up was incredibly rude. Won't be returning.
The pizza was pretty good, not the best I’ve ever had but it was perfect to share with friends. But by far the best part was the delivery boy. Super nice guy, Zach I think it was, definitely deserves a raise. He even brought my package up to the door for me. That’s the kind of person we need in the world.
Good food delivered hot and correct! I even got a free dessert for my birthday!
Been ordering here for years and recently their level of service is just terrible. The staff is rude and they wouldn’t let me pay cash for my order because they don’t have money in the register. I’m surprised with the way they treat their customers.
We order from here at least once a week. Tonight there was a small problem when we received our order I felt bad even telling them but they not only made it right they sent an extra large portion with a dozen marinara dipping sauces! Exactly why we love them so much. Our favorite place in town. Pride of business from top to bottom. We love you PHOP! Thanks!!!
