I was waiting in line for 19 minutes exactly, and still no service. Finally when the order taker comes over I have a specific thing I want to order. So I tell the person my order and he says “We only serve those in morning” and of course I got mad cause I shouldn’t have to wait that long just to be told they don’t have it and it just got me upset
The food is great, and I have never been disappointed with Panera. My review is more towards how EDUCATED the workers were on service animal laws. While me and my family were ordering a lady with 2 white dogs with “ESA” vests came in. I knew right away they were NOT service dogs, rather an entitled lady who brings her untrained pets into places. I have a autism service dog in training that is my lifeline and is highly trained to perform tasks for my disabilities. The worker noticed the 2 dogs that were not behaving like actual service animals and asked the 2 ADA questions which the lady lied about saying her ESAs where service dogs. Note, ESAs do NOT have public access into places unless they are pet friendly and if you bring your pet into anyplace that says “service animals only” you ARE breaking the law and putting peoples lives at risk who own ACTUAL service animals. But HUGE shoutout to the workers who kicked this lady and her dogs out, and commented on how my dog was an ACTUAL service dog. THANK YOU for knowing the laws.
Marcia behind the counter at colony place Panera is a RUDE person. Never have I experienced such rudeness after waiting 20 minutes for COLD food. I asked for extra dressing snf she said I don't have time to look for that. Then as I eat my meal they are loudly and rudely talking about me. I'm never eating here again and maybe that won't matter to you but it says alot about a business on who they hire ! HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE ,
Nice people and good food, but urinal when you flush it doesn't work. It just mixes with water. It needs to be fixed.. Other than that great ?
This was the worst day of my life and I blame Panera for it all! I was having an awful day at my corporate 9 to 5 (as we all do). I decided to cheer myself up (and to keep me from ending it all) I would drive to my local Panera and order my favorite cherry pastry. However when I arrived the snarky manger I believe to be named “Ashley” told me that they no longer sold cherry pastry’s. My jaw dropped. How can you call yourself a bakery and not sell cherry danish. It’s insane. I tried calming myself down and I remembered that I liked the apple cheddar turkey sandwich. I decided to order my second favorite Panera menu item when the same unpleasant manger who’s name might be Ashley informed me that they no longer sold this item either. Overcome with grief I passed out in the middle of the Panera. When I came to I was left on the floor unatended and the manger Ashley I think was standing over me telling me to leave (rude). She didn’t even offer me a free Mac and cheese. I will never be returning to this establishment ever again. I did really enjoy their bear claws though.
Not bad food for a chained business. Chipolte chicken avocado melt is a favorite, good cookies.
Love the indoor sitting area with a warm, cozy fireplace...this place gets an A+ for ambience not to mention wonderful fresh baked products.
The food is delicious! The menu does have creative specialties like their grilled mac and cheese sandwich. It was scrumptious! Yesterday, I tried their new Thai Chicken Soup, and it was very good! The soup is mildly spicy because they put curry in it. The employees are very friendly and helpful!
Just ordered a half salad, get home and it is a quarter of the way full. I'm so sick of paying full price for half filled items at EVERY ORDER.I will be calling to get my money back, but this is ridiculous. Every order guys? Really?
Disappointed with my food. Also the employees weren’t wearing mask even during the mandate. The employees working were loud and disruptive. Would not recommend
