Ordered 8 bagels, 2 chocolate chip croissants and 3 tubs cream cheese. I sent my boyfriend as they called me at 350, my order was for a 355 pick up that they were closed. He grabbed the bag as they wouldn’t allow him in and he hand to bang on windows at exactly 4. He came home missing 2 bagels, they gave me an extra everything instead of chocolate chip and missing the plain and NO TUBS OF CREAM CHEESE. As he came home at 420 nervous that I have company for the am and no cream cheese or plain bagel for the one who wanted it. I said I could comeback in 15 but got ugh I won’t be here. He did end up staying but I don’t get it. You specifically called me before closing to tell me your closed but messed my order and get oh sorry no more bagels. I did get a refund but I was just discouraged with the service.
Every time I try to use self check out it doesn’t work and employees seem not to care, end up having to go to register and reorder. Why can’t Panera get tap, insert and swipe to work. This is not the first Panera this happened in.
Wife and I walked in around 1:15 11-17-21 we both had turkey sandwiches they are absolutely delicious well made the service was absolutely Superior thank all of them were thanking us for your service and all smiling have a nice day restaurant was Superior clean I will recommend this place and I will return 100%. The prices are about average I have no complaints about this place no cons at all you don't get very good service like this often I just want to thank all the employees there for a great service
We had a major blackout after a noreaster storm and they were the only place open to the public at the time...must've had a generator!!! I had their Fried Mac n Cheese sandwiches with a nice and tall coffee!!!
Caesar salad extra avocado rotten third time in a month
I get my same lunch every single day, order ahead 6:30 am pickup at 7 am. Caesar salad, with avocado, extra grated, and croutons. Today is the third time this fall the avocado was rotten through and through. I am not talking about out in the room for awhile, I am talking rotten beyond serving. Look out. Would they dare do this to an eat in person. I was told they have new standards to adhere to , in timing, what a joke. Your slogan is eat fresh.
The salad I ordered, Fuji Apple Chicken, was sickingly sweet. There were no apples. Just dried out apple slivers. The chicken was manufactured and lacking taste. Panera menu has gone way downhill. In this particular facility, many tables needed cleaning. I dumped the entire salad after I picked out the pecans.
