Olive GardenMay 10, 2022 11:45amWaitress: Katrina G.Plymouth, MAEndless Soup, Salad & BreadsticksMy Order:Minestrone SoupPeach & Raspberry Ice TeaHouse SaladBreadsticksThis is my first time at Olive Garden in over 35 years. I use to go here with my mother when I was younger, but there's not one around where I live so, I stopped in today for lunch while I was visiting Plymouth. With the high winds and chilly like weather in the month of May, soup, salad and breadsticks sounded like a great idea. First off Katrina G. was my waitress she was AWESOME! She was friendly, professional, courteous, kind & helpful. My breadsticks were a bit hard so she brought me fresh new hot ones right from the oven. I had the minestrone soup since I'm a pescatarian. The soup was amazing one of the best I've ever had. The salad was delicious and the dressing superb. The peach & raspberry ice tea was yummy. The restaurant was extremely clean and neat as well as the womens restroom.Overall, my experience was great. I will go here again.Highly recommend.... ask for Katrina G. to be your waitress!

This is our go to restaurant when we are running late. The food is excellent. Pick up while staying in your car, brilliant! Inside dining: the servers are attentive and very helpful.

1st time having soup and salad and breadsticks. I'm not a soup lover but the pasta soup was excellent. Salad is always good and cold. Dressing is great. Simple lunch, but with seconds we did not have dinner. Their food is always very good and hearty.

I visited the Olive Garden on Saturday April 9,2022 at Colony Place upon entering was greeted by a not so friendly Hostess with long gray hair, i told her what we needed and mentioned a booth , she walked is to our table and i nicely said can we get a booth as I have a bad back , the hostess rolled her eyes like a teenager at us where my daughter wanted to leave. She hestitated for a good minute then led us to a booth , our server was fantastic very friendly and accommodating, your hostess needs some customer training , Thank You

Waitress gets a 5/5 review (Makayla was amazing!) but the food gets a 4/5 review. Food was ok but not quite what Olive Garden used to be. Still good and the service made up for a slightly lacking lunch.

Had an Olive Garden gift card and we generally like to avoid this location because we’ve walked in there before and the host wasn’t welcoming or friendly but we got seated and after 15 minutes of not getting helped walked out and left. Today we tried to go and got seated, not helped for a good amount of time and when the older server came to the table she nastily asked what we wanted to drink, seemed very annoyed… she came back with our drinks and basically threw them on the table and didn’t say a word to us!!! We were ready to order and so hungry haha I said to my husband, uh we’re leaving I’m not letting this lady drain our energy let’s go… left… again! Why is this location always so toxic!!! Ahhh! Always expecting this to happen when we go there ?

We stopped in for dinner , and found it to be the usual corporate entity. The menu was limited to only a few pastas, sauces, etc. It was typical cookie cutter menu (understandable since it is a large restaurant chain). The food was palatable and filling with bread sticks and a choice of soup or salad. The waitstaff, however, was eager to please and very helpful. It is good food and consistent from individual restaurant to restaurant. Good food at a reasonable price

The people who work there are friendly and professional service.G she is wonderful person who waited on my wife and I.

Sandra is a wonderful authentic person. She has insight. A great personality. And customer service oriented. Thank you for the positive customer expierence. You cant help who you are. A GOOD AUTHENTIC PERSON. I hope OLIVE GARDEN does something to retain you, because youre a great brand ambassador. Now i must eat my breadstick sandwich.

I was very pleased to learn that the Olive Garden in Plymouth, MA had vegan options available. I called prior and spoke with Vijay the manager who reviewed what was available. When I arrived, Vijay gave me a printed menu of the vegan and vegetarian options. The meal was excellent.
