Time for corporate to do a spot check! The floor was sticky, trash over flowing, dirty booths, and the food station was filthy. The staff seamed disgruntled and was throwing the food around with a fury. Very disappointed because it is usually good.

Stick a fork in me! I’m D.ON.E. Approximately a two months ago I placed a mobile order with this establishment — I ordered a quesadillas with beans ..and received the quesadilla w/no beans.Today, to avoid any missing items I went inside to place my order. To arrive to my car and find my quesadilla wrapped in foil, was placed in a paper bag. Not a container—a paper bag. How am I supposed to eat a quesadilla on a paper bag? That’s the question I posed to the MANAGER; and she shrugged her shoulders. To inform me the store was out of containers (Walmart/Target and DollarTree are out too)—then why not communicate this to the customer? Ask them do you still want to order the item despite not having a way to eat it without making a hot mess of themselves and/or their clothing.I travel for work—I work/live out of my vehicle and I CAME (past tense) to this restaurant because it provided a food option I’m familiar …as there are multiple Moe’s located in the South. Not only does this location make order errors—(most of) the staff is unfriendly and borderline unprofessional. I understand food service may not be for everyone—so look for other employment. There are plenty of options to choose.
There was a bone in my burrito that I ordered with chicken. They didn’t even refund me the total amount #chipotleforever
Go here every Monday while my GF eats at her moms solid burrito every time and fresh… only complaint is a guy yelled at me for not wearing a mask picking up while 10 people were eating inside with no mask. Had to leave get a mask and walk back in to grab my food 10 feet from the door. Plymouth doesn’t require it guy must be bullied at home so complained

My daughter and I love this place: she loves the moo-moo kids meal and I, the burrito bowl. The food is a 5/5 and so is the customer service. The prices mirror it’s national competitors.
