This McDonald's is like every other one. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's not. Usually super nice people working but sometimes they're rude.
Instead of my 10 peice nuggets I got a box full of tarter sauce. And my no salt fries had so much salt that they were inedible. This restaurant has a reputation and it's not fantastic.
The wait was long, but the small team working there were trying to make the best of it and dealing with angry customers and their long wait.Food was decent, and I don't know if I just lucked out on the shift, but like I said...staff were great. Doing what they could. No one wants to work anymore. They were def short staffed.
This place says its open until 1 but its super inconsistent. Today we went at 10:50 and they were closed. The other day when my wife and i tried to get some food after work it was 11:15 and they said they were closed. Yall need to be consistent with closing times.
There appeared to be plenty of staff & not very many customers yet my order took almost 15 minutes for a burger & soda...what's wrong?
My fiancé and I work late nights and occasionally stop by for something quick to eat on the way home. Tonight we stopped(samoset st) to avoid cooking and I just wanted to comment on the service/food. Everything was hot and tasted great. I always ask for extra pickles and they delivered! The 2 men working the window were very friendly and had us laughing the whole time. Great crew over there, and especially for us late night workers we appreciate it!
Do you really need a review of mcdonald's? I mean this place has been around for a thousand years! Only now the food sucks a little more and it's way more expensive. I got a medium shake and it was the size of a shot glass... 20 bucks.
My fiancé and I work 2nd shift and went through the Plymouth McDonald’s drive through on samoset st. We encourage two absolute studs that we’re working drive through on march 27th around 1015 pm. Very personable and humorous. Most importantly our food was on point. Best experience I’ve ever had at that particular restaurant. These guys deserve a raise.
My dad and I were waiting for our food and someone who worked there gave me a free Mc Flurry. My kids meal was missing the toy and they gave me 3 toys. My mom's burger wasn't in the bag and they got her single burger turned into a meal. Awesome service! If you are in Plymouth you have to go to this exact Mc Donald's. It has amazing workers who are super nice.
Stopped just for fries and I'm sorry I did. Waited forever, fries were luke warm and staff was unfriendly. As a bonus I got to watch the police fly out of the complex behind this location with lights and sirens blaring. Never again.
