I’m so upset by my sandwhich. At first part of my bread was hard, but I ripped off the hard pieces and kept going. As I continue to eat, I had a long strip of bacon come out that I couldn’t chew. Turned out to be a string of plastic that has been cooked over or something. I cried and kept eating only for it to happen three more times.That was disgusting, I will not be returning here. Go somewhere else (or even a different location) you’ll be happier and your stomach will thank you.
My wife and I each got a Philly chicken cheese steak sub which we have bought at the Plymouth location many times before. However yesterday they were really, really bad, tasting nothing like they usually are. They were cold and lacked hardly any chicken. The little bit of chicken that was in the sub was not good very dry and stringy. Will not be spending money on sandwiches there again anytime soon
It should be Illegal for something to be this good that it makes you forget the world around you! Italian sub with EVERYTHING on it
Terrible experience today. I ordered online at 11:40 with a 12:10 pickup time. When I arrived at 12:15 my sandwich wasn't made and had wait another 25 minutes and had no time to eat as I was late getting back to work. The real kick in the teeth was walk in customers that came in after me got their food before me. Maybe when it's busy you should slow down the walk in line to catch up on the orders you already committed to.

Amazing staff, I was there last week when Jersey Mike’s donated all proceeds to the Special Olympics. Customers just kept coming in. The staff were impressively efficient and unbelievably positive/energetic. Great teamwork! Sub was great too.
Great tasting food. Good conversations with the workers. Great energy when a customer comes in. Very real employees. They come to work and give it their all! Thank you so much Plymouth JM for making my day that much better!
These subs are unbeatable! Hot or cold, they always satisfy. The cold subs get loaded with a ton of freshly sliced cold cuts and when you get it Mike's way, be prepared to get hooked! The hot subs are full of flavor and melt in your mouth. Thank you Jersey Mike's! You make The South Shore of Massachusetts extremely happy!
The food quality is always very good. Where this store is lacking is customer service, and timing. When we order, it’s usually multiple sandwiches so we always use the app for accuracy. Now despite an option in the app for the persons name, and even writing it in the comments, we have never had our names written on the outside of the sub. This is only a big deal when multiple people order the same # but has some differences. So now we have to unwrap every sandwich to figure out who’s is who’s. When you’re ordering 5 or more sandwiches this is annoying and not very sanitary. Also, I always order with a pickup time at least an hour away, but despite this I’m always waiting 15-20 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. I’ve just gotten to the point where I’ll show up 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. Twice, I’ve had to wait over 45 minutes in the store for my order. As I’ve said, the food is always good quality, and these things don’t make me stop going, but it would be a much better experience if they could be addressed.
Service was not what I expected. Very short staffed and workers didn't seem to know what they were doing. Alot of yelling. Went back couple weeks later and better service and there steak and cheese was delicious. I guess it all depends on who's working right.?
