I would love to give this IHOP a better rating, but I couldn’t bring myself to. The waitress was extremely cold and wasn’t polite at all. Though, I loved the interior and the food came somewhat quick.
If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. We waited for 15 minutes at the front desk and the employees never acknowledged us, never made eye contact. There were several parties waiting at the front without ever being acknowledged. A man leaving said he waited 2 hours for breakfast. We left.
Service very good. Good wonderfully cooked. Went later at night and it was not busy at all which meant our food was hot quick. Even my decaf coffee.
Worst IHOP ever. MaitreD and Manager couldnt handle Fathers Day crowd. Used profanity when speaking with customers. Very rude and unprofessional
My first purchase wouldn't go through your app, when I asked about a senior citizen discount they said we dont offer it. My wife had a 20% off coupon they wouldn't honor it.
Food was gross, pancakes were ok. Eggs were very fake tasting
Not sure of what's happened to IHOP... I love their crepes... I used to get three big ones with a lot of blueberries for a fair price.. yesterday in the Plymouth Mass IHOP it was like unarmed robbery... I got two crepes on a coffee saucer plate.. no more than 6 in Long six blueberries and very little cheese.. 10.99 plus tax... They really should be ashamed of themselves.
It was horrible onion ring came out burnt. He brought them back and they were screaming in the kitchen and looked out at us. The sandwiches were horrible asked for no jalapenos and got a whole bunch of them even when I said I was allergic to them. Good thing I checked the sandwich myself cause they would of been calling 911. But they didn't care. This may be a law suit soon. Some advice you should close that Plymouth one cause I may own it when I go through my lawyer. When you tell a waiter you are allergic and you still get it boy they are out to kill. And to have these foreign guys screaming in the kitchen cause they burnt the onion rings was very uncomfortable. I was with my elderly mother and she was sick over the whole visit
Went to IHOP for breakfast at 7 on Saturday, not a car in the parking lot , sign says open at 7. Door was locked. Went and drove around for a bit and went back , and still locked up tight. Won't be going there..
Food was excellent. Our host was great. Wish i had gotten her name. She was so patient with me and my young daughter and very attentive. We got a to go order also and she made sure we had plenty of condiments etc. I will return to this location soon. Would give more stars if possible.
