Friendly's are rare. I miss them, for their chicken fingers. This place was very family oriented, and my waiter make the trip friendly and welcoming. It's the only Friendly's I've seen in years and the best one I've ever seen, possibly. If you're near Plymouth Rock, this is the place to take the kids.
My dashing wife and I stopped in at 8pm on a Friday night in April after dropping our 45-going-on-14 year old son off at the ice rink down the way with his friends for a few hours.. We had the place to ourselves, and we felt terrible for making the staff stick around right up til closing when we realized that they close at 9, but they were great about it. Ice cream and ultimate grilled cheese were awesome ?
Was going to get my meal to go but stayed instead. My burger was perfect and my dessert was even better. The best part was my waitress. Very professional and very kind. There were two other employees who were also very nice and I enjoyed them all. I'm very happy I stayed.
Service was quick. Only 1 waitress when we arrived. 4 more arrived just before we left. They changed the turkey club melt. And it's lousy. No flavor, instead of deli sliced turkey, it's a thick slice of pressed turkey. The cheese was liquid. Only 2 thin slices of bacon. I've looked forward to my favorite sandwich for the last 5 yrs as I moved out of state. So not worth the wait
Kayla was our server and was SUPER NICE! From the moment we walked in and ordered she made us feel like we were at home. Talking to her was like talking to a friend. She was super considerate and accommodated some of our diet restrictions very kindly! I totally recommend going for the great customer service.
I really enjoyed my night I had an absolute great time the food was quick to the table and was served served well my server Rebecca greeted us with a smile and got our order right even though we had a table of 8 props to her for managing all of us and our constant asking for more-- if you read this keep up the good work
I did an online order for a Reese's Pieces Sundae with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, no cherry and I added nuts to it. I went in and picked it up and left a $3 tip in the jar on the counter for the 2 people working who were pleasant. I got home to find no Reese's Pieces on it, the vanilla ice cream had chunks of ice on some it (freezer burn?) and it was a small size. In the trash it went! Very disappointed ?. Usually they do a great job there.
This is my first google review and I’m proud to say it is for this restaurant. I don’t have a Friendlys near me anymore so I stopped and had a wonderful lunch. Kayla and Emily made my experience 10 times better. They’re extremely welcoming and we look forward to coming back.

Went for lunch after a walk. The service and food were very good. No ice cream this time.
