I get the same order every day almost a Medium Mocha Frozen coffee with no whip cream on the app and every time it's never made the same they either don't add the chocolate syrup, it's melted already, and lastly they overfill it to the point you get it all over yourself, my last one looked like disgusting spoiled cream on top it was disgusting , never drank it went to another dunkin instead which is sad. I have bought wake up wraps that were either under cooked or overcooked barely ever cooked right. They are always rushing you and never offer napkins or out them in your bag of food, pure laziness. I notice while training new employees the manager is always very much rude and degrading as if they're training a child and I notice this and see the embarrassed faces of the new employee and feel so bad they're being treated in such a way. This place is a mess. And can't ever hold employees because of bad management. Things need to change , I've worked at Dunkins in the past and it's sad they're never changed no matter which one your at in any town.
I like the plain donuts they always taste fresh Good with coffee

Great location. They are always busy because of all the businesses around them, but always fast and friendly. They’ve worked really hard over the pandemic and I am very grateful!
Hit or miss depending on who is working and what time you go. Early early morning is typically good but lunch time it can get iffy

This place is an absolute joke. They constantly get your orders wrong, almost always rude, made a coffee order to pick up, couldn’t even pick it up since they locked the doors, then ignored me when I knocked on the door. This place needs either new management or replace their employees. I never ever write bad reviews, but this interaction was ludacris, and it’s been awful service for a long time now.
I made an order a half hour before closing time and was told that they toss all donuts an hour early. I then asked for a refund because I had paid through mobile order and was told I needed to call customer service for a refund….
Nicest workers I’ve ever experienced. I was holding in my tears while in drive thru and my card got declined at window and as soon as I spoke I broke into tears and two girls were so kind and helpful they wanted to listen to why I was upset and gave me a water and she even paid for what I got. I am so thankful, they made my day and I really really appreciate that and they didn’t have to do that I was holding up the line and they just were thinking about me. Like wow that is the kindest thing ever. Thank you so much. So so much. Please let them know I am thankful
