Shouldn’t be open.. they are out of 95% of the items on there list & they don’t tell you they just sub it out for what they see fit or let you leave without anything & refuse to give a refund!! Place is a scam & should be shut down

I’ve been here a couple times since it’s nearby. The line is always so painfully slow. I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through for a medium coffee. The orders are constantly being messed up. I paid for 8 glazed munchkins and received 6 since it was all that was left, but was still charged for 8. The workers there don’t really seem to understand what’s going on and service is so incredibly slow. Go to the one up the street, it’s not worth your time.

They didn’t have hot cider for my fall spirit and my hot chocolate may have tasted like hot water (dunking guidelines of making drinks not the employees fault) the spirit that was put into making that hot chocolate was perfect. I’ve never had someone put so much care into my drinks appearance. The vibes Stevie gave off ???? Mint. 10/10 for good vibes
I went last week and the line was so unbelievably slow. There was only 4 cars ahead of me and it took the workers 10 minutes per customer to ask for their order so I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. I got to the window and there was one guy working and doing everything while 2 other girls were standing around in the back on their phones not doing a single thing I wanted to scream at them not to mention they had the most judgmental look on their faces. Like who does that?? Not to mention they gave me the completely wrong meal. This is why I don’t go to dunkin…
