Whoever was working the drive thru between 4:15 pm and 4:30 pm today has a serious attitude problem and should not be dealing with customers. When a customer approaches the speaker, the person should say "how can I help you" or "what can I do for you today", not "what do you want". He just sounded very annoyed and like he didn't want to be there. Didn't even bother getting my food, went to the Dunks at Mayflower instead where they actually know how to talk to people.
How can you screw up coffee, wait a minute. All the same. Wait staff some good some suck.
This place is a bit hit or miss at times. But the past few times I have been- it’s been zip up, coffees exactly how I asked, and the people are friendly!
Dunking was great! I was greeted immediately and pleasantly and my order was correct!

Ordered a simple dark roast iced coffee. No dark roast, so ordered black iced. Received an iced with cream. The lady made it again the right way and was nice about it.Slow service. Doesn't seem too clean.
Horrible place. They have never gotten my order right even when I use the app. Just today I went to the drive thru and they messed up both of my drinks. Also the picture is a Chari cold foam with less ice which is both over 4$ and one of their normal drinks now. So if you want a large cup that's just ice, get a large iced anything. I'll be going to the one on Samoset street, at least they're nice.
