Orders placed through online app for pickup are always wrong. Spoke to the manager about this and she couldn’t care less. There are other Dunkin’ Donuts nearby, so definitely avoid this one!
Very poor service, they kept getting the order wrong each time. It took us over 5 minutes to order in the Drive-through and they were originally going to give us the wrong food when we pulled up to the window. They charged us for those drinks (that weren't ours) and they proceeded to tell us that we needed to pay for the other order (our actual order.) We don't know if we ended up paying twice, the receipt doesn't make any sense. We don't really blame the workers, they look like young highschoolers, most likely it was the owners lack of training that caused the mishap.Edit: the donuts were some of the best donuts we have had from Dunkin Donut so I guess that gets brownie points and a second star.
Ovens were off, not sure when they close, but i wanted that sammich. Rating higher because getting a refund at the window was not an issue.
This store is horrible. The workers are more concerned about counting the tip jar, talking about their coworkers and ringing in their own orders because they are hung over than they are about taking care of the customers

I went to this location on Saturday 3/19/2022 at 12:23p, The manager ( scruffy looking man with a long scraggly beard dirty looking jeans that hung way below his waist) was very unprofessional, he was yelling at the staff and was very loud, an employee name Shea apparently spilled something and he was yelling at her to “ Clean that up now “, I felt so bad for the young lady she was almost in tears and obviously embarrassed, another young lady Alanna was serving me and she looked so unhappy that rough looking man was targeting her as well, both ladies were very nice to me and smiled as best as they could. I will never go into that Dunks again, that manager is not a nice person, he is mean and his appearance was disgusting, his straggly beard was hanging over customers food and he kept pulling up his jeans. I will tell my friends and family to stay away from this dunks, and my advice to Allana and Shea is to RUN as far away that dunks and find a job where they will be respected. SHAME on the person who hired that unprofessional beast.

Bless this Dunkin, the beacon in the storm. Especially Bitna, patron saint of coffee, who is an absolute gem and deserves a huge raise
