Certainly a travelers companion. Best part is knowing there is a Dunkin around the corner no matter where you are.
I don't usually go inside often but I wanted another drink while my kids were shopping and I had to use the restroom. The men's room was out of order, fine but the ladies room was pretty bad. Soap dispenser was of the wall on the bank of the toilet, sink dirty, toilet nasty. Regardless of the cleanliness of a public bathroom I usually clean off the area anyhow but the level of cleaning shouldn't have been necessary. It's a tourist town in tourist season on a weekend when more people are apt to come in and although I'm NOT a tourist, I was ashamed for the representation of a place in America's Home Town. And I'm a dunks girl at heart. I run on dunkin and was disappointed in this one.
Drive Thru experience: Employee never asked to help us from the speaker. We drove up to the window to order where we found a young employee with no headset on. The worse part is that she looked up at us, didn't relay any kind of message, then just continued to clean! They were open. She was the only employee working. We just drove off annoyed after 5 minutes of waiting outside that window. C'mon now, don't be such a rude asshat please. Thank you
If the drive thru line is packed just go inside, they take care of you. I got my frozen coffee and mango pineapple refresher mega fast. Super nice staff.
Get there at a time before or after everyone goes to work and the things move pretty quick, and polite as usual
Bath rooms out of order for 2 mouths ,most other dunkins are open to the public,they cant be broke that long, coffee is good
Cmon... who doesn't love Dunkin?! Or if you don't you at least go there if you can. I get an iced coffee daily and a lot of times a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel with EXTRA bacon
Got my food and coffee. Noticed that employees need to be nicer to each other.
Have great staff in the over night and service is extra special
Usually the drive thru is a mile long yet these guys keep people out fast. Never waited long here.
