Ordered on the go walk in, get there and the door was locked. Sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to get the wrong order
I work here currently and I completely get why people say we’re super slow.. but y’all do realize that there’s another Dunkin’ Donuts 2 minutes down the road towards McDonald’s and there’s ANOTHER 5 minutes away in Manomet? If you don’t feel like waiting in line, go to either of the other ones.It’s hard to understand exactly how difficult it is to make so many personalized orders in such a short time. People barely ever tip, are really snippy and entitled, and get huge orders.Most of these bad reviews are very explainable but the people commenting them don’t listen. I love the other staff members here and we have a very nice manager. I love this place, even though working there (as most coffee shops and/or Dunkin’ Donuts) can be difficult.

It's annoying when I pay $20 for a coffee and two sandwiches asking for extra bacon and extra cheese paying for both. Then getting home to a half slice of cheese and 2 pieces of bacon on both sandwiches. Thanks for stealing $6 from me.
Customer service is lacking. Drive through and mobile orders are the priority. If you go into the store be prepared to wait awhile.
Town without power. Staff filling orders in the dark and taking orders outside in storm by walkie talkie! Awesome teamwork and dedication!
Very nice people! Had dunkacchinos & coolattas! Some stores only carry those seasonally
