Multiple times Ive ordered delivery and before my order arrived, the Dominos online delivery tracker said my order had been "delivered" yet I hadnt received it. On one occasion my food arrived 30 mins after the order had supposedly been delivered and tonight it was 20 mins after the online tracker said my food had been delivered. I called to see where my food was after the tracker said it was delivered and the woman who answered was rude and disrespectful.
I ordered a pizza and it said that it was ready and then the two minute countdown started and they stopped it was 35 seconds to go so I called the store and they said when it’s ready that they’ll bring it out so they said my pizza was done no one tried to bring it out and then they Intentionally stop the countdown so I would not be able to get my free pizza for them being late
I live 5 minutes from here I figured delivery would be better since I had a cranky 5-year-old. After I ordered online they have called me before they came and told me I needed to have a cash tip for the driver!!! Last time I checked tips were not guaranteed that is not the way to go about it!!!!!
Id rate this store lower id I could. Ive never been to a place that CONSISTENTLY screws up EVERY order I place.I shouldnt have to ask, and pay extra, for the ingredients that come with my food to be put on my food. Do yourself a favor and buy food somewhere else.
Good, quick service and the food is great. Sometimes the cheesy breads can have a weird looking batch every once in a while.
Great location. Parking is on the main street. Dining in has plenty of room for gatherings.

I also work in fine dining establishment, so I am familiar with the culinary industry, and would love a break from cooking at times.I preordered pizza on 12/31/21 @ 12pm ish for a delivery for 530pm. We ordered 2 large pizzas, one bacon and one cheese.. we have a vegetarian in our household. When we finally received our order, and to our astonishment there was 2 whole slices missing, not to mention they delivered us 2 bacon pizzas.. which would be okay had everyone been meat eaters.I called them to complain and fix the mishap, they sent out another pizza which was a bacon pizza. So needless to say, someone at this particular establishment, ate 2 slices of my pizza and still delivered it to our house and did not check if our order was correct.Either someone wasn't happy about working on New Years eve, doesn't like their job, or really just doesn't care.. they get paid either way right?This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with this particular pizza restaurant in plymouth. Sometimes my pizza is cold.. fine I can heat it up.. other times its undercooked, whatever I can fix that issue.. what I cant fix is ordering food and receiving a pizza with missing slices.. and not being provided with the correct order for those individuals who wish to eat differently. This business transaction was a mishap by the business itself. Please, retrain your staff, and although during this time in our lives its difficult to do, but try to hire people that actually care about the food they serve.
Awful experience to say the least. Ordered delivery at 9:20 pm and had to drive to the store at 11:30 to get my pizza myself. Already had tipped the driver and everything. Food was cold and greasy. Overall terrible experience from a terrible place. absolutely disgusting never order from here.
Just don't go here. That's all that can be said. Ordered twice, food was wicked late both times. No sauces (ordered 6 of them) no refund. No call from a manager. Delivery driver is AWFUL. Gets lost all the timeI would suggest buying the ingredients and making pizza yourself. Even if you have no idea what you are doing or have never made pizza. It will come out 100 percent better than this placeDomino's need to SHUT THIS PLACE DOWNPlease don't go here
Absolutely horrible hit my card 3 times in a row girl said there machines act up she couldn’t fix it I had to wait for manager called that manager said I had to call after 6 talk to another manager and she was the rudest person ever blamed my bank told me I had to straighten it out with my bank I have alert on my phone I stood here watching her hit it three times took all my money off my card I couldn’t go get my meds snd they didn’t care not at all the transactions should of been handled the minute she did it she had no clue how and no one did so 2 pizza cost me 1698 three times in a row I will never order there again manager is horrible rude and hadn’t a clue
