Placed a order tonight well before they were closed. Thanks for dumping a bunch of rainbow sprinkles in my order THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR! Way more than any other ingredient in the cake batter batter itself. I understand working late in food service but you accomplish nothing when you choose to be petty vs. professional. I can't order here anymore if this is what I have to put up with.
Went to the Kingston RI location at 7 pm. Sign on door says they are open until 9. I was with 5 people, 2 more came in. We stood there for 10 mins listening to the tow girls talk trash about the last guest and her use of multiple gift cards. Then before even asking any of the 7 of us, nor the 2 more coming thru the door - one girl grabs the only shake machine and shouts “no more shakes” .. and walks into back and starts dishes - 9 people now in line. The one girl left asks what she can get and then proceeds to tell us no more cones, no more waffle bowls, no more shakes. I ask her - arent you open for two more hours? She says yes, and i ask her dont you think hou could have checked with any of us to see of anyone wanted a shake? - she shrugs- walks away and goes out back and we all hear her tell the girl out back what was said they laugh out loud! And then she returns to us like that didnt just happen - and again asks what we want. I am so angry at this point - more people walked in - so since the wait to the front of the line is 15 mins i tell the new folks all the items missing , 3 people leave. The other girl finally comes out and im next in line. I say to her, i really wanted a shake and made a special trip to Cold Stone - she stops in mid-sentence and walks over to the other girl and says to her - oh this is that woman. I called her out on her rudeness and told her i did not want anything. My husband ordered though, and she all but threw his at him. Two more people walked out. I waited outside while my husband ate and observed two of the people that walked out returning from Red Robin with shakes! I am so angry at how they spoke to me, how they tried to embarrass me and gas light me for questioning why the shake had to be broke down with several people standing there watching and listening to these two girls make fun of customers.
My hubby and I go to coldstone all the time ? We went last weekend and there was one girl working named Victoria and I would like to give her a review! We’ve had her once before and my husband mentioned how good her ice cream mixing skills were… well again she did amazing and is by far the best ice cream mixer we’ve had in the million of times we’ve gone to this location haha… She’s a young girl and her work ethic reminds me of myself when I was her age :) keep it upppp girl!
Ordered $45 in ice cream. Didn’t receive a waffle bowl that I had to pay extra for, the kids ice cream was insanely small and the cup was basically empty. Both Peanut butter cup perfections had literally 0 peanut butter cups in it. One total pecan in entire ice cream that had pecans in it. The man making the ice cream literally was miserable and took forever to make them all. No straw in the bag for milk shake, and 2 spoons for 4 ice creams.
Was really craving some cold stone ice cream and looked on the website and it said it closed at 10pm. Imagine my surprise when I walked up to the door and it wouldn’t open!! It was 9 O’clock a whole hour before the said closed timed, if your gonna be closed at least update your website. Very disappointed.

I was in there tonight. The two women working were completely rude and disrespectful. Ordered my ice cream and she asked me what size and totally walked away before I could answer. Then walked back and asked me what size I said. They didn’t look as if they wanted to be there. The store looked dirty. The containers for the spoons were dirt. I thought it was for spoons for tasting. Asked for a clean spoon and the second container looks just as dirty. awful experience and I don’t see myself coming back.
