I placed a couple online orders recently, and almost all of them have had something substantially incorrect. They just give you what they feel like giving you, no matter what you actually order. Done with this place.
The restroom is throw-up inducing gross. The yellow ring like no one ever flushes or cleans. The dining area needs a deep clean as well.
Stay far, far away. Took 40 minutes to get a single burrito bowl. Staff was rude and did not have any sense of urgency to do their job in a timely manner. Something needs to be done as this has been going on for a long time now. Whoever runs this Chipotle is utterly incompetent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
Terrible experience getting take out, I get that it was busy when we went but the food took forever and the store was a mess, things thrown all over the ground. The soda machine was also broken so my fountain drink order was useless. My salad was supposed to have dressing on the side but they put it on it, so it leaked out and into the bag (which was ripped). They didn’t put forks/ napkins in the bag, and my salad was a complete mess of carelessly thrown together ingredients.
Absolutely the worst chipotle experience I've ever had! I think my salad had 8 pieces of lettuce total. And they didn't give me any dressing. See photos. We ordered 2 quesadillas with salsa, well apparently they're OUT of red salsa...at chipotle. And they weren't even going to tell me until I asked for the salsa. In addition, the order wasn't ready for 15 minutes passed the time it was supposed to be ready and while I waited I watched as one of the workers dropped a tortilla, caught it with her leg, then put it back on the pile of tortillas to be used. Horrifying! Do not go here!
I’m from Denver where Chipotle originated. It’s always the first place I go when I visit home. This Chipotle should not even be considered a Chipotle! My shoes were sticking to the floor as I waited in line. The counters were dirty with food everywhere. Tables were not cleared or cleaned. People were complaining about food they ordered online. Only person waiting on people and also had to cash people out. I know everyone is understaffed, but this made for a very overworked and unhappy employee. And…they didn’t have any chips. Look at my other reviews. A one star is rare and well deserved. I would love for this Chipotle to be successful because I love Chipotle!!!
5 pieces of chicken on the bowl. Maybe an 1/8 cup of beans. This location already looks so dirty. Can't figure out how..because it looks like a zillion people work there. Lady in braids seemed a little more than rude with the young kids working under her.
This place looked like a dump to the power of 10. They barely had any food like they didn't even have cheese or steak. The trash was overflowing the floor was covers in trash and so was the tables never eat herw Again
0 stars if I could. Stood in line for 20 minutes and not a single word was said while the staff did online orders. When asked how long it would be I was ignored until I finally received a “no clue just Doing what my manager says”. Left without ordering along with more than half the line.
What happened to this chipotle? Going to this restaurant was always a treat! Semi-healthy option that we looked forward to having minimally once a month. The last four times we have ordered there have been no fajita vegetables, very little protein, the orders were inaccurate and unedible! Tonight was the last straw, the rice was not cooked and we crunched through our dinner and vowed never to eat here again. The hot sauce was supposed to be on the side and was dumped all over. The protein was barely there. We have complained so much in the last month that we have enough free food through our rewards to last us the next two months for four people. Even though the food is complementary we won’t be returning. So disappointing! I’m told that the manager is barely out of his teens and he’s managing a team of teens. I feel very sorry for him. I don’t think this restaurant is ever going to recuperate..?
