My friend and I stopped at the above Chick-fil-a today at 6:15 pm--every table was dirty, the floor was filthy with paper riddled all over the floor in addition to crumbs--I have to say, I have never seen this store look like this--just Awful and clearly Unacceptable. Grilled chicken was dripping the marinade and too salty--my friend's chicken strips not hot. I approached Austin with my sandwich to fix it--asked him what was going on. He said they couldn't have one of the team members clean/tidy, because their timing would then be off--OMG! He was more than trying with me, but these answers were not good. Mr. Allen Lerner, you may want to find out on a daily basis what is going on at your unit.
I ordered through the mobile app and picked it up in no time at the drive through. My orders are always done as requested. Chicken sandwich is amazing. Try the cheese sauce with your fries next time.So good!

Food is great but they filled my large fry half way and forgot my chick fil a sauce… very sad and my meal is ruined
I walked into the Plymouth Chick-fil-A at 10:05 this evening unaware they’d closed at 10:00. A nice gentleman who I gather was the owner/manager greeted me and asked what I wanted to eat. I noticed a young lady counting the drawer so I asked the gentleman if they were closed. He said yes but asked what I wanted. I told him nuggets and he said they would make that happen. I thanked him and told him his kindness would make my wife very happy going on to explain she’d just given birth the day before and was tired of hospital food. After telling him this he said to his team, “load him up”. I was handed a bag full of food and congratulated on the birth of my child by the entire staff. I asked the young man who handed me the food how much I owed and he said, “nothing”, refusing to charge me. Meanwhile the owner/manager had gone to the back and returned with a cow plush toy for my daughter. To be shown such incredible kindness by a group of total strangers at the end of what I’m sure was a long and insanely busy day is a truly remarkable and a very unusual thing. Thank you to the team at the Plymouth Chick-fil-A. You are wonderful and exceptional people.
Had spicy chicken sandwich for late lunch yesterday, oh boy… soooo good..!
I waited I would say about 15 minutes ordered a 4 pc strip 12 count nugget and some fries. The fries were fine but the minute I took a bite out of the nuggets they were extremely cold and did not look very cooked at all to the fullest potential. It was way lighter than normal that I noticed and half of the nuggets were sliced in half. Please stop hiring 14 year olds that do not know what they are doing if you guys do better I will change to a 4 star what I just ate was completely disgusting and a waste of 16$ I had to throw it out.
Great food, awesome staff, and quick service. Allen, the owner of the restaurant, often drops by say hi and is very pleasant to talk to.
