We went through the drive through and you could definitely see how understaffed they were. They missed our order and we had to go inside to get it right. The manager apologized for that fact so that was appreciated.
Never has any one working sat in line for 1/2 hr to 45 minutes. Didn't have any chicken nuggets so I got fries they were cold. And I thought Wendy s was famous for there chocolate frosty I went to get one and they had no chocolate frosty. The strawberry frosty not good I could not taste the strawberry. Very disappointed.
I have to say that this particular Wendy's is not a good choice,I say this bcuz there are staff members that are very rude and it takes a very long time for orders to be ready. The food is average at best. I kindly suggest that anyone looking for a good burger & fries that you go to five guys or a more upscale restaurant.i ALSO need to say that there's a girl working here at this location that has no teeth and is very rude and all over the place. Idk if she's on drugs or just a natural disaster on the regular but it's bad for business and if it weren't 4 my job,I would never frequent this wendys ever again. I do NOT recommend this place
This Wendy’s has had a lot of issues due to Covid and I have basically avoided eating there. The drive thru was terrible experience. Now that dine in is back it was better. Food was fresh if it took a long to get.
Not sure what happen to the management at this Wendys. But staff is always short food is usually cold and Employees never have a smile on their face. I love wendys but my recent trips have made me not want to eat there again..
Was there twice this week. 1st visit I ordered a Caesar salad and was told they didn't have any salads! 2nd visit I waited in the drive thru for 25 min. with only 2 cars ahead of me. Ordered chicken nuggets with extra sauce - never received any sauce. Also ordered large fries that were cold. This used to be my go to place for fast food. Was always better than all the others.I don't know what's going on, but they have really gone down hill. Too bad.
This Wendy's doesn't even deserve one star. The people working here are too busy with their own gossip to actually care about the orders that are being made. The one girl who took my order was completely rude and very aggressive towards me. Apparently the menu has changed but they have not changed their menu whatsoever through the drive-thru. I told her I wanted the original biggie bag. I did not receive the original biggie bag. The fries were cold and old and soggy. I asked for no ice in my drink and there was extra ice. When I pulled up to the windows all you could hear were the workers in the back gossiping and not doing their job. I've traveled all over the country. I've been to many a Wendy's and this is by for the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. This is something that is supposed to be quick and easy. I worked in food service for almost half my life. It is not that hard to do your job. I guess the real problem is finding people that care enough to do their job correctly. If I was the manager of this business I would fire the girls that were working today. It's not about the price point. It's about the service and you will never have my business again.
Went in on May 7th 2022 at 2 in the afternoon, worst service ever. 15 ninutes to take order and I was only person in line. Girl taking orders kept saying she needed a break and did not want to be there. 30 minutes in line before getting food. Some fries were still frozen. Girl taking order was RUDE AND NOT TRAINED. I told manager about fries and did not seem to care. Food good service the worst ever...
I ordered a combo meal. I asked for a sprite and I was told that all they was Diet soda or lemonade. I ended up not getting that as I do not drink either.The fries were hot but far from crispy as they advertised. I ordered a Dave bacon burger. Nothing to rave about.Very disappointing experience.
Went to the drive thru at 6:40am. No one responded over there intercom and most of the lights were off. Called and was told to wait because there was only one person there. Maybe try adjusting your hours so people don't waste their time going to a place that obviously can't keep employees
