Waited about 10minutes for an iced Chai and 1 order of egg bites. The Chai was done quick. The egg bites took way too long and when they were done the rude girl there just threw them on the counter and walked away without calling a name or anything. She seemed more interested in talking to people in the lobby than doing her job
I went with my 2 year old granddaughter and spent $25.00 on drinks and food for my son and I. I asked to purchase a water with a few freeze dried strawberries in it. I have done this in many other Starbucks across the country after learning about it in a mommy and me fb page. Usually I am charged anywhere from 50 to 80 cents for the strawberries. This location refused to do it and wanted to charge me the full price of a tea.. $5.00. I refused to pay that. I had a very sad little girl ?

I always try to walk in instead of drive through whenever I can. All I can say is this one barista was successfully making all of the inside and drive-thru coffee orders while 3 other employees were handling order taking, delivery, food, etc.On top of that, he was able to handle my special request without missing a beat and I am drinking a perfect 150F temperature latté instead of scalding my mouth with the usual overheated (170F) milk that seems to be the norm at most Starbucks.

Stopped purchasing dunkin when I started going to this Starbucks. Who knew spending a dollar or two more for coffee was sooo worth it? People who already tried Starbucks, that's who!. In product quality and customer service they excel beyond most other coffee slingers. Dont settle for dunkin disappointment, when you can have superior Starbucks.

How is it possible in 2021 that a major franchise like Starbucks cannot break a $100 bill ?? limiting the size of the bills that can be accepted because your staff cannot execute proper change without making mistakes is not the customers problem.
