Decied to go there because we liked the name. Really glad we did. I had the steak sandwich and my husband had the custom burger they make their own chips. The place had a good vibe with a really nice wait staff.
My husband and I ordered to go the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich with fries and I got the big daddy burger with sweet potato fries. We also got a side of fried pickles. The sandwiches were amazing as well as the fries. The fried pickles were not good. They were not crispy and the dough they used is spicy. The Mac sauce isn't very good on its own as a dipping sauce but was good on my burger. I also saw a staff member struggling on the computer as it was her first time most of the staff was trying to help her but one blonde skinny girl was clearly ignoring the situation and chose to instead be on her phone and go out the back door of the kitchen. While others who did step in the help the girl were clearly running around. If you have time to be on your phone you have time to help.
Roasted Garlic has been a go to place for my family in the summer months, since COVID hit. They have great outdoor seating, although service can be slow. Unfortunately, during this visit many items seem to have increased more than their competition. Our waitress was brand new and very nice, just not knowledgeable about the menu. Please be aware that the menu makes it look like you get 8 wings for $12. When you get your check you will be surprised to see a charge for $18! And when you point out that the menu says Bone-In Wings/Boneless Bites and 12/18, and ask them to honor their menu price of $12, you will be told no. Despite a delicious salad, tasty glass of Prosecco, and some decent wings, on a sunny day, I left a very unhappy customer. How do they justify overcharging people because of their own typo? For Shame, Roasted Garlic!
We went with our child, after ordering we managed the appetizer but due to the child getting a little rambunctious we asked to have the dinner to go. When getting home the most expensive meal on the menu is featured, so appetizing. They didn’t add the brussel sprout hash, which I was really looking forward to trying.On the negative side as well, the place was so loud, it was almost hard to have a conversation. But it is a nice atmosphere, if you’re a regular it probably is a good place to hang out.The food was ok, service was good.If I go back expectations have been set.
Just passing through and stopped here based on the reviews. Busy on a Friday night, but the nice hostess invited us to be seated at the bar for quicker food service. The bartender was personable and attentive. The three appetizers we ordered were delicious. The bone-in chicken wings, were crispy and generously coated with Parmesan and garlic. Lots of TV for sports fans. Great little local spot!
The wood-fired pizza was my favorite part of the restaurant. The stove is very rustic and the pizza has a great taste to it. My server was very nice and was always there to make sure we were happy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good local experience in the Berkshires.
This was my first time at Roasted Garlic and my expectations were pleasantly exceeded. It’s very traditional American fare. The wood fired pizza was a great feature. The place was busy and there was a vibe of locals. The bar had a nice selection and the service was good. I’m glad I gave this place a try and I’d come back!
Food was delicious! Place was packed and super busy. There was only one server and you could tell she was super busy but she never missed a beat and waited on us perfectly. The place is seat yourself so you find your own table and there are seats at the bar as well. It’s an upscale pizza shop I’d say. Not super fancy but you are eating really good food for that same price basically. The atmosphere is more pizza shop like I’d say though. The buffalo cauliflower, boneless wings, and wood-fired pizza are delicious and definitely a must try!! Loved the experience here and will definitely be back in the future. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because when we got there we couldn’t tell if it was seat yourself or what the deal was and I wish they had a sign at the front door that said that so it was more obvious.
Our 2nd time here and it did not disappoint! Food and service are fantastic! This time we sat at the bar, the bartender was great! I never asked their name, but my receipt did say Diego, so I hope this is correct because they were very attentive and can definitely multi-task! Well done! Again, great food great service! Looking forward to going again soon.
Great food. Salmon was spectacular. Cauliflower crust pizza was delicious. Wings were ok
