I ordered the fried clam strips, the batter was light which was nice but the cook dropped the whole order in one clump into the fryer and that is how it came out to me. Raw dough in the center of the clump which was disappointing because it would have been delicious.Cheesecake was delicious, a huge portion but delicious.
Brought my father here on Father’s Day. We had oysters which were excellent, he had the scallops for dinner and I had the veal parm and pasta. Excellent service and excellent food. We will definitely be back.
My husband and I had dinner there last night…I had the special..veal chop parmesan with gnocchi which they allowed me to substitute a pork chop for the veal. This was the best meal I have had in such a long time…both locally and traveling. The Meal was so good I suggested they add it to the menu. My husband loved his meal as well. We will be back very soon. RJs will now be our go to and we will recommend it to everyone! Plus…we had a great waiter!!
took my dad for lunch today and it was absolutely delicious....we had the drunken pineapple for dessert, hands down the most exquisite dessert and the flavor is amazing....we never leave disappointed!
A fantastic find! The inside of the restaurant is clean and quite fancy. A very pleasant surprise.Myself and 3 girlfriends are on a quilt retreat at Jiminy Peak and took the afternoon to do some shopping and have dinner.Our waiter Kenneth was fantastic. He shared all the evenings special with such rhythm, it was almost musical. We shared a bruschetta type appetizer which was excellent; enjoyed br each of us. For our main course we had surf & turf, boneless rib eye special, Eggplant Parm and Veal Parm. Each dish was presented beautifully and piping hot - I am sorry I did not take a picture! No one talked, we quietly enjoyed every bite of our dinner! For dessert we had canollis and pistachio ricotta cake with fresh press coffee.Now our favorite restaurant in Pittsfield! We will most definitely be having dinner here on our next trip. LOVED IT !!!
Second visit was better than first. Had to take food to go in the end. But food was excellent. Waitress was not the best. Was late when we got there and seemed like she just wanted to leave. Then complained that the chef thought she rushed us out. She did not. But I don't want to hear problems when i go out. Still I will try again because I had the best lasagna I ever had at a restaurant, and it was a huge portion. Kudos to the kitchen.
A HIDDEN GEM! Fantastic meal. We searched for a nice place for dinner while we were visiting the area. Our waiter (Sean?) and his assistant were phenomenal. They treated us very special. The service was fantastic. My wife and I each ordered a glass of wine. I had the Lobster bisque that was very flavorful. My wife had the New England clam chowder. Sean told us that their soups are homemade and that they make the clam chowder to order. We also had an arugula salad with goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette which was fresh and probably the best I have every had. We each ordered a special from the suggestions of our waiter. My wife had the breaded veal chop and I had the Delmonico (topped with another type of "goat" cheese). Both plates were plated well and included fresh steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. We didn't have dessert because our waiter didn't ask us. Overall, this place is great for a very nice dinner for a reasonable price (instead of a chain restaurant). I would have given 1 more star (5 stars) but didn't because we were not greeted very politely at the front door. The gentleman at the front door didn't seem to care if we were there or not. He also didn't take any time to "notice" us as we dined.

Fabulous dinner experience. The waiter was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. The service was wonderful with every detail (from the warm bread delivered at the start to courteous plate removal and letting us enjoy our drinks at the end.) The food was absolutely delicious - flat iron steak tender and perfectly cooked, the sole with lobster topping one is the most tender and best tasting seafood dishes I’ve enjoyed. We will definitely be back!
Our dinner tonight was fantastic can't give you enough compliments! Every meal, there were 6 of us for dinner was delicious! Wish l got our servers name, he did get job very attentive. Thank you so much for a wonderful meal and a great atmosphere. We will be back!
